Welcome to The Pink House located on Kings Way - conveniently located at the entry point to the Village!

Real Escapes Properties is pleased to offer this lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located just steps away from the Mallery Street/Kings Way intersection of the St. Simons Pier and Village.

The Pink House is an older home with modern updates throughout. Enjoy the den with views of the backyard. There is plenty of seating – your favorite spot will probably be under the perfectly shaded wooden arbor – great for entertaining with family and friends.

The Master bedroom has a King size bed, as does one of the guest bedrooms. The third bedroom has a set of double beds. There is hardwood flooring throughout, two flat screen TV's which provides an ad-free Disney+ package that includes Hulu and ESPN. There is a fully stocked kitchen, fireplace, and a fenced back yard with a large deck.

The St. Simons Pier Village is a favorite spot for both locals and out of town guests. There is always something going on in “the village”. Barbara Jeans, Brogens, The Half Shell and Zuzu’s are just a few of the amazing restaurants in the area. The streets are lined with unique boutiques and custom shops. Be sure to check out the historic St. Simons Island Lighthouse and all of the historical markers situated around the village and Neptune Park. There is a lot of history in this area!

• Approximately 1.8 miles to Coast Guard Station Public Beach Access, walk two blocks to Pier Village!

Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 2 TVs located in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided, along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

You can easily walk to the Pier Village & the Lighthouse for shopping, eating and exploring. The house is older but well-maintained. Lots of character- in a good way! Recently updated kitchen, master shower, new windows, outside paint (distinctly PINK). Big living/dining area with windows overlooking lush backyard. And the rental management is very responsive and friendly! Highly recommend!

    Did not have contact with host.I understood it was an original beach cottage but it seemed pretty run down. A gallon of paint would go a long way. Appliances were old coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster is awful.On the positive side space was good, 3 bedrooms with seperation was also good for multi family situations. Outside area need to be cleaned up. No instructions on how to use the grill...had to be plugged in.

    The house is a wonderful old cottage. It has a lot of charm. It is located in the village area of the island. You can walk to restaurants and stores. The fenced in backyard was perfect for the dogs. They also enjoyed napping on the deck.

    The location was excellent, close to the Pier Village and restaurants. No issues however this is an older home. The floor by the main door is warped badly. We used the kitchen entrance during our stay. We also killed multiple insects that made their way in. The fenced in backyard was nice for our dog. Mosquitoes were thick in the evening.

    The location was fantastic (although can be a bit tricky pulling out into the street because of the curve), but it is close to the Village and easy to walk around. All the rooms were quite spacious and had a very nice sized living room, which was fantastic for the little ones to play in. The only real issue was the cleanliness, as it had definitely not been properly dusted or floors cleaned. It might have been related to the big winter storm from the week prior so maybe the cleaners were not able to come or spend the necessary time to clean.

    I love this home and the location. It was perfect for my husband, 3 teenagers, dog, and me. The backyard is fully fenced for the dog. The master suite was almost in like a separate wing than the other bedrooms. It’s pretty much in the village, so the teenagers can wander. The walking distance beaches are available at LOW TIDE. Otherwise a short drive to beaches at high tide.
