Stayed Mar 13, 2025Don’t rent this place. 1) it’s subpar accommodations at best. 2) we paid for early check in, and they wouldn’t allow us to check in early (“sorry, maids will not be ready for early check in”). No refund for extra payment for early check in. 3) biggest issue - you are not alone in this house and there is no security between you and the other space. Very dangerous for women or families with children. The house is shared space. The basement is occupied by rowdy, loud, obnoxious frat boys. The renter side (the VRBO side) is a keyed deadbolt from going into the other space. But from their side, they can just roll a deadbolt and come in.

Stayed Jan 1, 2025Property is large and spacious. Nice kitchen/gathering area. Plenty of dishes and silverware.Some bad things that detracted from our stay. Bed frame in the bedroom with bunk beds was broken on our arrival and main tub/shower curtain rod was missing. I reached out to the property manager who told me the cleaners had just discovered the broken bed and it would not be able to be repaired during our stay. Also, the same bedroom has glass windows with no curtain, so there is very limited privacy and the room can be seen from the adjoining TV room. We had to rearrange family sleeping arrangements because of these issues.I also had to go buy a shower curtain rod so my family could use the main shower. (Management told me they were having issues keeping the rod up, so there wasn't one). One great thing was one of my granddaughters forgot her favorite blanket at the property and we did not know about it until well after checkout. I was able to reach the management company and they facilitated my daughter getting in to retrieve the blanket.

Stayed Dec 18, 2024Would not rent here again. The home itself is spacious, and lovely. A permenant tenant lives in an attatched apartment. We had a misscomunication with our trianed service dog. The morning of our daughters wedding we were asked to vacate because the nieghor heard a dog barking. It was a nieghboring homes dog not ours. We had come from Virginia for this wedding and spent the better part of the day trying to find other accomodations. We had paid extra for 1 hr later checkout, the cleaner came in and asked us to leave, so we quickly packed up and left. Not refund on the extra payment. The basment bed colapsed during the night, thesuppirts were not screwd in
