Stayed Jun 18, 2025We stayed at the treehouse in June, 2025. It is a fantastic place & we would definitely come back. The house is well appointed & very comfortable. The views & surrounding grounds are outstanding. The hosts are great communicators & are very kind.

Stayed Jul 21, 2024My Husband and I were visiting our son who works seasonally in Alaska...We wanted a very special place to spend time together. We sure made the best decision booking the Tongass Treehouse!!! The location, the accommodations, the VIEW!! All Fantastic! Every detail very thought out, with respect to Alaska visiting guidance, best set up kitchen with every need met, Cozy and comfortable beds, bedding, blankets, slippers, etc. The most amazing book, game and puzzle selection! So clean, beautiful and welcoming. We truly hope to rebook for next year. Thank you to Clay for the amazing communication and great tips. We had an amazing and memorable stay! Mahalo!!!!

Stayed Jun 30, 2024Our family loved our stay at the “treehouse”. The setting is unique and the view of the surrounding water is amazing. Clay was a helpful and responsive host. The house was extremely well equipped, having everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Stayed Jun 16, 2023We had a great time staying at Clay’s property. The view from the bedroom and balcony were amazing. House was great! It was suppose to rain the whole week we were there but never did. It was nice and sunny. From the balcony we were able to see whales, fish, and eagles flying around. When we traveled into town, there were baby bear cubs next to the road eating. Never saw mama but I’m sure she wasn’t far away. If we had any questions, clay was very quick to respond. Thank you Clay for everything! We had a great time. We will definitely stay there again!

Stayed Jun 2, 2023The view from the deck was amazing! We loved being out the road away from the cruise ships and touristy things. This allowed us to interact with the locals and connect with the community and nature. We saw so much wildlife from the deck and enjoyed the sounds of waves, birds, seals and whales. The house was well decorated and supplied with everything we needed to enjoy a week as a family of 6. This was by far the best rental situation we've ever experienced. If you are headed to Juneau, this place has to be on your list to stay at.
