Stayed May 22, 20264 stars simply because cleaners need to do a better job, the kitchen barstools need updating and there's a very active train behind community. Other than that, my children enjoyed being close to the community pool and within walking distance of the beach. The home had a lot of the essentials that we needed, as well as used when we cooked. Home also had some beach items. My family loved that every bedroom had its on bathroom, apart from the one downstairs being detached. It was a nice touch to be able to walk straight from downstairs bedroom to back patio/backyard. I didn't like that you couldn't use the upstairs balcony. Water in the home gets very hot very quickly. Neighbors were very friendly and inviting. The train is pretty close and rattles the beds. Despite that, we would stay again if in the area.

Stayed Jul 30, 2024The only problems we had were there was not a working can opener and the pool was nice but needs TLC as pieces of the siding were chipped. Which is nothing to do with the home its self that was actually quite perfect. Enough room and all the supplies we needed to be able to have a getaway before school started.

Stayed Apr 1, 2022I wish I could give an all around rating of 5 stars but the cleanliness was not exactly that. The bathrooms and hall mirrors were streaked so bad you couldn’t see in them, I had to clean them. The bathroom tub curtains hadn’t been changed out, very stained. There were crumbs underneath the breakfast bar, and old food/spices were left in the cabinet. The towels hung in the kitchen were dirty with food on them. The vent that catches lint in the dryer was broken so socks and things kept getting caught in the vent. The pool was very dirty and didn’t have enough layout chairs. Although the location was great for us and the check in/out process was very easy. I feel with more attention to cleaning detail this property could earn an overall 5 star rating.
