Opunake Uncrowded Bay - Ocean and Mountain Views

The bach had a beautiful outlook over the sea. The sunsets were amazing.

Highly recommend this place, if you want quiet and an unbelievable view then this is the place to be.Lots of local places to visit and not bad pub food either.Thanks for the recharge stacey, much needed

We really enjoyed our stay in Opunake Uncrowded Bay, the views and serenity could was just perfect for get away. Close to town for a quick meal, op shopping and the beach.

An amazing house, very clean and comfortable. The veiws are incredible, and the sound of the sound of the ocean was do relaxing.

Yes everything you need is in the kitchen but only had 1 tea towel provided. Fridge could have had a wipe out but was ok. Lovely place. Not a lot of reception for TV. But if you wanted that you could stay home. The views are to die for and so peaceful. Lovely feel to the place. Would recommend to anyone.

Top spot for a quiet beach/surf holiday. The terrace is lovely although no outside furniture is provided.Beds are comfy.The only downside is that the kitchen was not well equipped and there was no bbq,contrary to the listing.

Fabulous property for a family. Everything you need and the most amazing setting. Beds comfortable and bedding clean. Only thing missing was a hair dryer but next time ill take my own. Will be staying again.

This home is definitely secluded, with breathtaking sunset views over the bay. Just what we needed. Just a short trip to town to pick up morning cappuccino's and you can sit on the deck all day. Can't beat the view. There are a couple of large bean bag chairs for the deck, but a few more deck chairs would be nice. Wish I could load a picture of the sunset here but be assured it was beautiful. Overall and nice respite on our trip from Queenstown to Auckland.

We had a wonderful two nights in Ōpunake. The house was perfect and the location was better than we could have imagined. The sound of the waves on the beach and the squawking of the seagulls was fabulous.

Awesome place to stay

Enjoyed our stay at Opunake. The view out onto the sea is amazing.The property is only down the road from the main beach and town.It's a great place to escape and get away from the hustle and bustle.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! what a beautiful spot!One only negative thing is two dogs came over from another property and we were a little unsure of them as they were growling, we had our dog there also so maybe that's why. We just went inside and they went away and never saw them again.

This felt more like a home than a bach. :) Spacious, and clean - plus with an ocean view which look over a large deck straight to the ocean. An infinity type view, This place comes highly recommended.

Just loved staying here. It's become a special place for us and we decided to share it with friends for a weekend. The outlook is stunning both at the front and the back of the property. Easy to stay in for couples, can have an end of the house each. Will be staying again sometime

Loved our short stay here, views are amazing, the beach to ourselves and the bonus of allowing us to bring two of our dogs with us too. Would love to stay again.
