Our vacation getaway house was amazing. My entire family loved the spacious environment. The heated pool was a hit with our little kids and the hot tub was heaven for the adults after the kiddies went to bed. Cyndi was exceptionally responsive to our request. We plan to return in the very near future.

Property in a great location. Host was very helpful and super responsive. Enjoyed our stayed.

Our group of family members all had nice rooms with their own privacy and the gathering areas of this property were wonderful for celebrating and catching up with each other especially the tall kitchen table.

We had a great stay. Exactly as advertised. Super place for a large family on a Legoland vacation.

We truly had a lovely time. And our host was easily and quickly available via the app. Our one critique concerns the degree to which this property is truly ADA compliant. The bathroom is only marginally compliant. No grab bars. Shower is not actually wheel chair accessible. We did okay because the person in the wheelchair is incredibly strong and young. We did purchase a shower chair that we gladly left for those who come later. We are very, very grateful that these hosts endeavor to make this property ADA compliant…we need more VRBO properties that are ADA compliant.

Easy to find, great check-in, and communication with the host. Central location to the beach, restaurants, and highways. Perfect for our family gathering, very kid friendly and well stocked rental we would definitely stay again.

Perfect location. Easy on and off freeway. Short fun walk to the beach. House is as good or better than the listing presents.

We found the location perfect for walking to the beach. Downtown Carlsbad was just a short drive away. I really liked the detailed instructions to just about everything you would have questions on. The instructions for the hot tub were perfect. I like to cook and found just about everything I needed to cook meals and even a cake. The family room was very comfortable and we had 8 guests. I would recommend this property to all my friends.

Communication with the host, Cyndi, was prompt and helpful! Location of property is ideal, home and amenities are amazing! Our family enjoyed, and would love to return in the future!

Cyndi's home is lovely with Spanish flair. The accomodations are comfortable, the pool and hot tub fantastic and for any questions we had, our host was easily accessible. Seven adults and three kids were very comfortable in this home. We would definitely stay again.

This home is amazing. Plenty of room for our party of 12. Large table off the kitchen for game night and meals. Some of our party does not care for the beach and the backyard, pool and spa was the perfect spot to soak and chat. Close to Vons grocery and a short 10-25 min walk to the beach. Friendly neighbors and of course it’s Carlsbad in the summer, what’s not to love. We will be back

Good value and house was as described

We are in the same area and had to leave our home due to a hot water slab leak. I contacted Cyndi and she responded quickly. The property was clean and ready for us. There is so much room for all of my family. The house is so comfortable and it was very relaxing while we were there. Cyndi is a fantastic host. She responded very quickly to anything that we needed to make our stay stress free. We are so thankful for having the place that we needed and are grateful.

I rented this property so that people flying into town could all stay together. The home is beautiful and there was more than enough room for the 9 people who stayed there. Cynthia was wonderful and very responsive to any questions I had. I highly recommend this property and would rent any property managed by Cynthia again! Thank you!

We planned our first visit to Legoland with our grandkids. This property provided a comfortable home base about 10 minutes from the park, a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and one exit from the quaint Carlsbad Village with lots of restaurants and shops. A Vons grocery store was a few blocks away making it easy to stock food throughout our 5 day stay. The house had plenty of large bedrooms for us, our kids and 5 grandchildren. The kitchen was well appointed and common areas very comfortable. We used the pool/spa every day and Cynthia was a wonderful host and easy to communicate with via the VRBO message site.

Location of the home was good, having access to a pool and spa with a backyard was a hit. The house provided enough space and rooms that everyone felt they had their space. Unfortunately the kitchen, specifically the sink area needs updates and we had an issue with cockroaches. The owner responded quickly when contacted but there is not a short term solution. We did not feel comfortable preparing meals and with young children did not want to spray chemicals on the counter tops. .
