We had a fabulous stay at Cyndi’s property! The place was exactly like the pictures, and there were all kinds of extras including paper products, soap, and shampoo. The pool/hot tub was amazing, and a very short walk down the street. We would definitely stay at Cyndi’s place again!

Amazing home. Slide to multiple beaches, shopping and restaurants. Spa was amazing. Very pet friendly. Would highly recommend anyone with pets to stay here. Can't wait to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach property.The location was close to the ocean and, since it’s a patio home, there are no stairs to deal with! The beds were very comfortable and it was great to have 3 bedrooms. We all enjoyed the nicely decorated great room, dining room and kitchen. The home has a great back patio with a view of palm trees and the ocean on the horizon. The property is also pet friendly which was great for our family. The host responds quickly if you need anything!We would definitely recommend this property in a beautiful gated community!

Really appreciate the host’s flexibility as we stayed here while construction was being performed at our house. We were able to add nights easily in front and after our original booked nights. The home was perfect for three seniors and our dog. I needed a home that was safe for my 81 year old mother to be in (single level). While the second bathroom is not a walk in shower, the tub is low and my mother had no problem using it. The neighborhood is fun. People are friendly. We loved watching the kids play in the neighborhood but somehow it is still a quiet neighborhood. The yard was perfect size and security level for our dog. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching sunsets.

Great location!!! Very family friendly neighborhood! Cyndi is a fabulous host, excellent communication and was very helpful when we inadvertently forgot something after checking out. The rental is as described and was a wonderful place for us to gather as a family. And of course, you can't beat the California sunshine!

This property is great. Convenient location to everything in the Carlsbad/Encinitas area. I walked every morning to Starbucks and then the beach (about 2 miles roundtrip). The home is very clean and comfortably sleeps 6. We didn't use the kitchen like we planned but looked well equipment. We did go to the communtiy hot tub and pool for an hour or so. It was heated (this was Christmas) and very clean. I enjoyed sleeping with the sliding door open and listening to the ocean. You can view the ocean from the patio. Cyndi was very responsive during our stay (we only had one issue but it was early Christmas morning - a neighbors alarm was going off. I assume they weren't home). But she responded and contacted them quickly and the issue resolved. Highly recommend!

The host was amazing. She was very helpful and accommodating. The place is comfy and clean. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and close to the beach. I highly recommend!

We had more down time than we expected over the weekend due to rainy weather and a short day at Legoland so we spent more time at the house. It was great! No one was bored, it was cozy and my grandkids were amused with tv and toys we brought.

Wonderful comfortable home in a great neighborhood. We had everything we needed, including for my infant granddaughter. Cheryl was a fast responder with communication and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

The host was absolutely amazing. She let us check in early and check out late, to accommodate the nap time of our grandchild. The house was wonderful. Appreciated how child friendly it was. The location is fabulous. We enjoyed the ocean views and beautiful sunsets. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay.

Everything clean, the only thing is I thought it was a Pool by the house! But it was Community pool a little far from the house!!

We had an amazing stay at this rental in Carlsbad! The neighborhood was a huge highlight—gated, quiet, and very kid-friendly, which made us feel safe and right at home. The location was super convenient to everything we needed, and there was a beautiful park just a short walk away that our kids and dogs loved.The home itself was clean, well cared for and stocked with all the essentials, making it incredibly comfortable and easy to settle into. We also really appreciated that it was pet-friendly, a rare find! Overall, it was the perfect place for our family vacation. The owner Cindy was very responsive, helpful and friendly. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We were in town to visit Legoland, and this was a perfect location. The community pool was also a nice amenity.

We stayed here for the weekend as a family of four. Very clean and easy check in process. Great communication with owner and close to everything we wanted. Would for sure stay again!

Did the Kip Puterbaugh Academy at Aviara and this was a very convenient alternative to staying at the Resort. The 3 of us each had our own room and had a great stay.

Our family of 6 comfortably stayed at the house for our spring break. The bunk room was perfect for a couple of the kiddos. It was easy access to Legoland, La Jolla, and San Diego. Cyndi was easy to communicate with and the house had what we needed, including some buckets and shovels for our beach day. The windmill food hall is really close and had amazing food and desserts! It was a great stay!

Cyndi, the host, was wonderfully responsive. It's a lovely property that has good space. The pool and hot tub in the communal area were great. The only downsides were that it needed a better cleaning crew and some area rugs as noise traveled quite a bit. We had two families, one that had flown in from the East Coast and we could all hear everything across the rooms. There were thankfully fans but that didn’t quite cover it.Would recommend for families interested in Legoland or a fun spot in Carlsbad.

We had a fantastic stay in Carlsbad! The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a relaxing getaway. Everything was as described, and the location was perfect. The owner was incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. We truly appreciated their hospitality and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We completely enjoyed staying for 3 days/nights at this charming home. It was spotlessly clean and very well appointed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The outdoor patio was perfect for watching the sunset under the string lights. The BBQ was a nice addition as well. This was the first time we had a VRBO with a garage, so that added to the security of the location (which is in a gated community). The whole house has a very comfortable beach style that made us feel as if we were on the beach- although we cold see the horizon of the ocean in the distance. The bathrooms are roomy and the 3 bedrooms were cozy.We would definitely stay there again!

We had a nice stay. We live in San Diego but needed a place to stay for a couple of weeks while construction was going on in our home.

My niece got married in Carlsbad. The house was perfect to bring family together for such a special occassion. It had a nice outdoor patio area

Dog poop on patio, front bedroom doors will not close & stay shut so no privacy for people in that room. I booked this house for 6 people as advertised. One shower was not usable. We had an Event to get to each morning, Breeders Cup, hard for 6 people to take showers with only 1 shower. Reached out to Owner she then made an offer for us to go to another house. Ice maker doesn’t work. Only 1roll of toilet paper in each bath. No paper towels. You have to be really tall to see the ocean.

We loved Carlsbad or as my kids called it Carlsgood! This was the perfect house for our family and in a great, centrally located neighborhood.
