Stayed May 9, 2025Place is advertised as a Loft, it's simply not, it's a single family home in an up and coming neighborhood. It's a nice home, but really poorly furnished and definitely not for young kids or the elderly (very steep staircases). Outside is very unkempt, inside was clean but the furniture is the cheapest stuff imaginable. Zero checkin information, towels were in the dryer in the basement, kitchen barely equipped, etc. That said, the area was really nice and the beds were pretty decent.

Stayed Apr 11, 2025This house is advertised as a loft which it decidedly is NOT. It was obviously thrown together as an income making property, which is fine, but should be priced and advertised accordingly. This is not a home you want to spend any time in, the furniture is cheap dollar store variety that can break easily, the walls are dirty and gouged, there is debris laying in the corners (exhaust hoses and pieces of ACs that were not being used. There are broken electrical outlets, one even had wires exposed. The front doorknob is broken and had to be reattached every time we opened the door. When I messaged the owner he took no responsibility and did not offer any kind of assistance. For the cost per night we expected a place we would be comfortable spending some time in and relaxing. Instead we left in the morning and avoided coming back until we had to because the place was depressing and dumpy. There is no love or care here, and no respect for the folks renting it. WARNING to people with young children, do not stay here it's not a safe space for little kids.

Stayed Jul 19, 2024We had a wonderful girls weekend here, plenty of space for the 7 of us between multiple bedrooms and sleeping spaces. The wifi and AC/Power was a bit tenuous but the host was quite responsive in aiding us with resetting it. Overall great place for a Pittsburgh weekend!

Stayed Mar 25, 2024Matt was very communicative when we had questions. We just have two suggestions. 1. That entry door is no beuno! Felt like the dead lock opened but the handle lock didn’t. 2. Desperately needs lighting in kitchen and dining room thank goodness for the time change and we had light longer. It would be more helpful if you had a physical notebook of instructions, suggestions like You can walk to Arsenal Park with kiddos, and menus of nearby restaurants. Lastly, while we have a resident parking permit we were not aware that rental cars need not have a permit. Very helpful
