Open-Concept Townhome Next to Blue River w/ Private Wrap-Around Patio!

Beautiful townhome with an amazing kitchen! It's nice to have two parking spots if you are bringing two cars. Communication with the management company was great and they allowed us to arrive 30 min early. The 4:30 pm check-in is a bit late, I think. The road noise can be loud at times and two rooms are towards the road. It was nice and cool, even though there was no a/c. The upstairs, however, lacked any decor. Not a single painting or decoration. Comfortable beds and great bathrooms.

Clean unit was great for our ski trip! The 4:30 check in time really limits the day and was not able to get an earlier check-in.

We really like the extra bathroom space. The garage is narrow for anything larger than a small SUV; just fold the mirrors on your suburban or pickup and it barely fits. It is very convenient to Keystone, Breck, Copper and Vail. I would highly recommend this place!

Amazing, clean, and spacious property.

Great place. Perfect layout for our group of three. Everyone got their own bed and bathroom. Large kitchen with everything we needed to cook meals. Great location. 30 minutes or less to all the resorts we went to. Lots of grocerie stores and restaurants near by.

Beautiful townhouse. Everything was provided. Great location and very responsive managers.

Very comfortable accomodations! If anyone doesn't do well with stairs, this probably isn't a good choice as all bedrooms are upstairs. Beautiful home!

Clean. Plenty of space

This property is exactly as pictured. Clean and well stocked, great for family to have their own spaces/bathrooms and spend time together as well. Close to many restaurants as well as beautiful Lake Dillon. Very nice to have a garage, too. Entry and communication was super easy, but we never had any issues or needed to reach out during our stay. Would book again. Only thing to note is that it is close to a busy road. The bit of noise did not bother us. Appreciated having everything we needed to cook dinner a few times. Would recommend!

The condo was lovely. Very well laid out. Close to everything we wanted to go to and was nice to be able to walk along the river.

The home was well stocked with supplies (garbage bags, paper towels, TP, etc) as well as had all the kitchen supplies we could have wanted....we cooked every night! The heated garage was super nice for our ski trip and being able to leave items in there overnight. Home was clean and we would recommend it to anyone!!! We would definitely choose it again!

We were here for a weekend ski trip to Copper Mountain and thought it was in an ideal location about 15 min away. The place was very clean and well-maintained and the customer service was available and at hand's reach. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity came up.

Nice property, great location, but the condos are still being worked on. We had to contend with construction crews on our back patio and on ladders right outside. My wife and I literally woke up to a man on a ladder outside our second story bedroom window one morning. Completely unacceptable! This is info that should have been presented up front. Honestly, I would have chosen another place had I known. It’s a shame really because the place is great outside of that experience.
