Stayed Dec 26, 2025Jason was very welcoming, communication was great! Cute beach cottage with spacious bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen. The fenced-in yard is large and was convenient for our pup. We enjoyed our walk to the snow covered beach and a visit to Beach Bagels. We did hear a train pass in the morning and evening, but we were up early to start the day and up late playing games, so the train whistle was not a problem. Would definitely stay again.

One small suggestion it would be helpful to have a small binder in the house with info regarding Wi-Fi, Instructions on how to use TVs, and check in check out policies, ie trash day pick up. But great place to stay and would rent this house again. Yard was perfect too! Thank you

Stayed Jun 7, 2025My family had a fantastic stay at this house. Although the property had no ratings since we were the first renters, I was hopeful about our experience and was not disappointed. We had seven adults and a 14-month-old stay for three nights. Jason was extremely responsive to all of our questions before our arrival and during our stay. There was no portable crib or high chair when we arrived, and when I contacted Jason, he had them delivered within the hour! There was plenty of space in the living area for everyone to hang out, and everyone was satisfied with their sleeping arrangements. I found the beds very comfortable, and the bath towels were very soft. I appreciated that the kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of dishes, flatware, and coffee cups for all of us. We've rented places before that accommodate ten guests, but only provided eight plates! The house is located on a quiet street and has a fenced-in yard. The beach was about a 5-minute walk away, and the pier was about a 15- to 20-minute walk. It was nice to enjoy the tranquility while still being close enough to walk to all the places we wanted to go. Although we couldn’t take advantage of the outdoor area due to the weather and other activities, I look forward to renting this house again in the future and enjoying the shaded deck!
