Stayed May 14, 2026Stayed here in May 2026. Really great place and location. Its a short drive to downtown Memphis and just a 15 minute walk to the river. The neighborhood is very quiet and impeccably maintained. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the bottled water and coffee supplies. The checkout process was very simple without a ton of chores that we had experienced at other places. Vanessa was our point of contact and she was super friendly and responsive.

Stayed Oct 14, 2025What a great place! This house was perfect for me and my adult son. He works remotely so the dedicated office space was a plus! We had all the kitchen utensils and appliances we could have needed. It even had a wine cooler! The house was super clean, the location was in a nice quiet little neighborhood where we felt safe. Big bonus…large screened in porch!! Would definitely recommend!

Stayed May 1, 2025The location was great as it was close to downtown. The house was in a residential area with access to a walking trail. The home was cozy. Mud Island also had a nice grocery store and some restaurants so you did not have to go far for such.

Stayed Nov 27, 2024Everything about the stay was fantastic. The home was wonderful and the area was just breathtaking with changing color of the leaves and the river just down the road. House was very clean and the kitchen was very will stocked. The home smelled amazing as did all the lines. The bed was very comfortable. We will be coming back! Thank you very much for a great stay.
