One Short Block to Beach - Spacious Victorian - 1st Floor Bed and Bath

RUN, don’t Walk to book this gem of a house in Cape May.Right from the beginning, the host, Brooks was ever present. The communication was always answered promptly with helpful suggestions what to do and see in Cape May. The handbook that accompanied the house, with precise instruction and information on all the appliances, was very helpful. The WIFI worked great, never an issue.All our needs have been anticipated. The kitchen appliances and utensils were abundant.Sharp Knives abound. Glasses of all sizes filled the cupboard. With over supply of plates, bowls, you name it, it was there. The fridge had plenty of room for our group of 11. We ate in every meal, that’s how good the kitchen was.We felt at home at this house. The dinning table easily seated all of us plus a few dinner visitors. The front porch was cozy and induced conviviality and conversations amongst us all. The beds were very comfy, with all recently remolded bathrooms and plenty of hot water.We had a great time with this house and would return in a flash.You can’t go wrong. It’s really the nicest VRBO we ever stayed in. Thank you Brooks, who by the way met and greeted us on our arrival.

This was a wonderful spot in which to enjoy a week in Cape May. The house was so comfortable for our family of nine (three generations). It was so great to be able to easily walk to the beach or into town. Just fantastic in every way!

We've stayed twice at this house (2021 and 2025) because the owners are easy to communicate with, the house is a great set up for a large group, beautiful neighborhood and the location is in walking distance of the beach and promenade (one block), Washington Street Mall, restaurants and so much more. Great place to walk the beach and catch a sunrise.

We were looking for a destination where we could celebrate 25 years of friendship and our bookclub. A friend recommended the Pink House and it was everything we wanted !

The house was spacious and the location was perfect. It was close to the beach and walking distance to the center of Cape May. There is a large kitchen table and the family room had plenty of seats for our family of 12. The beds were comfortable. It is an older home with so much character and charm. The front porch was great too. Brooks was wonderful and very flexible with our stay.

This home is situated in a great location, close to the beach and shopping. Newly renovated, spacious kitchen, clean rooms and cute little backyard. Would definitely stay at The Pink House again.

This beautiful painted lady was the perfect place for 7 lifelong friends to celebrate their 60th birthday's. The house is a 5 minute walk to the beach. It had everything we could have possibly needed from a bed for everyone to a very well appointed kitchen. We loved all the seating on the porch, in the living room and at the dining room table. Brooks was a fabulous host. Every question I asked (I asked a lot!) was answered within minutes! He provided me with a list of restaurants and made special arrangements for an early check-in time necessitated by a member of our party with a health issue. I will definitely recommend The Pink House to anyone I know heading to Cape May!

My family consisting of 3 grown children and their significant others/spouses spent a week at the house. We were a total of 8 and the house provided enough room for privacy and social activities. The location is ideal. A block from the beach and easy walking distance to many eateries, malls and activities you want on a beach vacation. My family has now elected me to choose all future vacation houses!
