Particular Harbour 392-201 is a 1,500 square foot condo with an open layout and a well-configured interior for a week or longer.

The condo sleeps five across two bedrooms. The primary suite has a king bed. The guest bedroom has a full bed and a twin bed — a practical configuration for a parent and child or two guests comfortable sharing the space. The living room sleeper sofa handles the fifth guest. Two full bathrooms. The open kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, and everything needed for full meals at home. High-speed WiFi included.

The resort amenities are consistent across One Particular Harbour: heated community pool and cabana, children's tot lot and splash zone, BBQ grilling area, deep water marina for sunset strolls, and Floridays restaurant — a Florida fish-house-style dining experience on the property. Beach chairs, a cooler, and a wagon are available for the stay. The free island trolley stops nearby. Manatee Beach on the Gulf is a 2-minute drive over the bridge.

Guests staying 30 nights or longer have access to additional Harbour Isle amenities — the waterfront Beach Club, private pool, fitness center, sky bar, yoga lawn, and kayak launch.

OPH 392-201 requires a one-week minimum stay with covered parking and elevator access included. No smoking.

    WOW! My family absolutely LOVED everything about this rental! Booked it last minute and the rental staff was extremely accomodating and helpful when we did this. What I Loved: -The condo was very clean & well stocked -LOVED the floor plan! Very sutable for entertaining, yet private at the same time -The outdoor space had bug screens and that was fab! We spent a lot of time out there. -The living room doors open up completely and we loved having it open -We used the clubhouse pool about everyday and it was FANTASTIC! Very clean and fun! There is even a splash pad for the kiddos and a pool arm lift for the pool. -It's in a gated area, so we felt very safe. It was also very quiet, which was great! -Outside of the condo is very well kept, and we even had a covered parking spot. An unexpected great surprise! -Quick drive to the Island and beaches, unknown to us who knew nothing of where things are in FL, it was so convenient and amazing! -The surrounding area is very nice as well Some things to note: -The rental company really emphasizes using their app -We rolled into the condo late at night (after the rental office closed) and there were no check-in instructions saying we needed to go to their office to pick up the keys. However, they had an emergency number to call after hours and the gentleman who answered was very helpful and kind and got us squared up right away. In conclusion, we would love to stay here again!

    Beautiful, well decorated place. Everything we needed for our stay was there. Including a good selection of family games and kids beach toys The beds were very comfortable. And the screened in lanai area was nicely laid out for early morning coffees and family game evenings.We enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay there again for longer next time.

    This condo was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Our only minor set back was locating our condo. This was mitigated with maps ,verbal communication by the leasing team. All of Ana Marie Island is semi difficult to navigate with a large truck and boat attached. Highly suggest renting a golf cart. Love this condo 5 star experience.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo shows it’s age(old carpets, stains on furniture, shower no water pressure) but it was clean and the beds are very comfortable.The kitchen is not really equipped for cooking, the beach equipment which is advertised is rusty and smells horrible, the toilet brush was gross.All issues have nothing to do with the latest hurricanes (that was the excuse by the rental company). It’s just not managed well. Definitely not luxurious!

Reviewer Comments: We've been vacationing on AMI for the past 15 years and always stay on the island but this time we wanted to try one of the condos in Margaritaville/One Particular Harbor a try for our 5 night visit. The community is relatively new so the amenities are top noch and appeared well maintained. The location is just behind the Compass hotel and marina which is as close to AMI as you can be without being on the island-Maybe a 3 minute drive. There are 10 or 12 buldings with 12 units per building and under building parking along with additional visitor parking in front. It's also a secure/gated community. Short term stays will only have access to the one pool and splash pad area which is very nice. The only complaint is that the splash pad area could used additional loungers and unbrellas for the tables but we had no issue finding chairs during our stay. The pool did get a little crowded with kids/families at times. Longer term rentals and residents would likely prefer the additional resort pool which we did not have access to but is also further. Each unit has a storage locker in the parking area under the building and ours was stocked with beach gear and pool toys. The unit itself was nicely decorated and stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of dishware and a basic stock of other necessities like garbage bags, soap, dish tabs etc. Our unit had a pool/courtyard view with a large screened patio. Patio furniture was comfortable and high quality. Loved the beds in the unit-Nectar brand matresses. Pleanty of bath and beach towels. Clean, new appliances, cold A/C. Would stay in a bay view unit next time as the views and breeze from other side of building are wonderful. Went to both restaurants at the Compass hotel (Floridays/Compass bar and chill) and food/service at both was very good. Nice outdoor tiki bar/deck at Floridays as well as indoor dining. With the money we saved staying just off island, we were able to eat out at all of our fav AMI spots.
