The house meets our sleeping needs and is spacious to accommodate a meeting/eating area for a large crowd. Having stayed there on two prior occasions we knew what to expect. The property is well maintained except that the arcade machine once again was not operable this year. A bit of a bummer for the kids. Also we were too early to get access to a golf cart. Would have been nice to have access to it as we did the very first year we rented this property. Beachwalk provided the extra tables and chairs we needed and was generally responsive. Would recommend for large multi-family gatherings!

The golf cart was great but close enough that we could walk to the lake. All around a great vacation!

All of the bedrooms and common spaces were clean, which is a must. We enjoyed the house being on a lower traffic street within beachwalk, as many of the children were in the 2-8 years old range. The clubhouse, pool, volleyball courts, playground, and lake kai were all essential parts of the trip. Finally, the walk to Lake Michigan was very reasonable and allowed us to enjoy the large sandy beach and beautiful scenery. We would book this home again for a large group.

We had plenty of room and getting around was easy. The management was very attentive to any of our questions and needs. Would definitely consider this for future vacations.

Overall, we were really pleased with our stay, and appreciated that it felt like a home, not just a house. Lamps, well-stocked kitchen, games, etc. I would very much book again in the future.
