The house was extremely clean. We enjoyed the living room for family gathering in the evening, and the bedrooms were very comfortable. We visited over New Year, and it was very cold, but the house was warm and inviting. The directions for entering, use, and checkout was very clear and helpful. Josh was very easy to contact via email, and he responded right away with a question or two I may have had. I highly recommend the house, and I hope Josh has a wonderful new year.

This home is such a unique rental. Very cozy, clean and the location is very central in Madison. It was great having a sauna since it was the first really cold/snowy weekend. If you are a looking for a great place to stay for a couple days....this is definitely a must.

This is a unique home that is super clean and had everything needed to cook, entertain (we played games & watched football) and accommodate any family. The location was close to downtown, the interstate, and airport. Plenty of restaurants were nearby as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again.

This property was perfect. It was full of character and even had well cared for house plants. Loved that the patio had a ceiling so we could sit there during the rain. All beds were super comfortable. I just can’t think of anything negative!

This house is so fun! Could be considered my dream home. Vaulted ceilings, beautiful windows and a cozy retro feel. It had everything we needed and is located in a great neighborhood!

This is our second stay and will gladly come back. It is easy to maneuver around Madison and the house is a spectacular vintage 80’s home.

The cabin was absolutely spotless and well equipped. The owner was an excellent communicator - we did it all by email. The expectations for maintaining and checking out were very reasonable. I recommend this stay to anyone!

Excellent housing and service from the property manager! The great room in this A-frame reminds me of my old ski days and the suburban location brings you closer to local entertainment, interesting venues and shops.

Location wasn't too bad, just off of the beltline. Probably a reasonable walking distance to restaurants and stores on fish hatchery road, but we drove due to the weather. The house is very nice, especially the upstairs loft.

We really enjoyed staying in this unique and comfortable house. It's a great base for exploring Madison, and Josh has given the house itself a very imaginative and artistic charm that enhanced our trip.
