One of a Kind, very special upside down house just a block from the beach. When first arriving, you will find a wonderful outdoor recreation room underneath the house before you even enter the front door. This space has a seating and eating area, ping pong table, a small screened in area with a TV and outside in the back yard - shuffleboard. Going up to the first level, you will find a seating area, with a flat screen TV, queen futon, sofa and chairs. Also on that same level are three bedrooms and two full baths. One bedroom has a king bed (two twins together) and two other bedrooms with two twins which can always be put together to make a king. Now on to the top level, you will find a very spacious great room with a very complete kitchen with a large island, dining table, flat screen TV, computer nook with wi-fi, and living space. Wonderful views of the ocean, decks on the front, back and side of the house you can follow the sun. A gas grille is on the kitchen side of one of the decks. Behind the kitchen in the back of the house is a master bedroom with a king bed (two twins together), a full Jacuzzi bath tub with jets and a stand-alone shower. A deck is off of the bedroom as well. This is truly a fabulous home and could be a wonderful multi-generational home with both bedrooms and living space on both floors. You'll LOVE it!!!
