Great location . Close to UNC campus and Franklin street

Great location and clean house. Easy check in. Toiletries are NOT provided (shampoo, body wash, tissues, etc) which was not clearly stated on the listing. The beds were uncomfortable. The comforters were dirty and the pillows were gross, old, and falling apart. The upstairs bathroom had a light bulb out and the hand towel holder was broken and not attached to the wall.

The kitchen was well equipped. Everything was very clean. The beds were comfortable.

We were in town for the TCU at UNC football game over Labor Day weekend. The house is in a great neighborhood, walkable to the Southern Village town center with restaurants and a nice market. It is in close proximity to the University as well as to Carrboro where there are lots of good restaurants. We would definitely stay here again if we get the opportunity to visit Chapel Hills in the future.

We stayed at this lovely 3 bedroom home for over a week while our own house was being renovated. It was a lifesaver and Angelo was wonderful. Check-in was very simple. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of utensils to cook. We appreciated the backyard for our pet. The house is convenient to UNC hospitals and downtown Chapel Hill.

Great house. Very clean and well equipped

Perfect spot for our group of 5! Close to everything for our little get away! We had a great time at your home. We did see some ants in the kitchen on arrival-FYI. Not a lot, but thought you should know.And did not find dishwasher detergent so washed by hand then ran through dishwasher to sterilize.

The house is in a beautiful neighborhood with well kept lawns. I didn’t realize there wasn’t a driveway in front - only a back alley with compact size inclined driveway. So street parking is a must. Inside the house feels cozy- the open kitchen living room is where we spent most of our family time. The weather was nice enough to sit outside, and the chairs, table with umbrella was very nice and comfortable. Unfortunately the kitchen lacked pot holders, only 1 old kitchen towel, no trash bags, pans that needs to be replaced and a broken coffee maker. The primary bedroom and bath is large with a really firm mattress- whereas the secondary bedroom mattress was way too soft!We were only there for a day and a half for a family wedding- so the location was perfect. overall - the house was good, minus those small details I mentioned. It worked well for what we needed….. a place to prepare a few meals and get ready for a wedding

Beautiful house and location. We loved our stay!

House was in a lovely neighborhood. It was well-furnished and roomy. Mattresses were a little too firm and could use a foam/feather topper. This place was ideal for our girls' getaway weekend!

Had a little trouble at checkin but it was handled just fine and our group figured it out. Other than that, the house/stay was excellent and Angelo was great to deal with. House is a very nice/well kept house in a very nice/well kept community. Not walking distance but very close to UNC campus and absolutely walkable to a nice little town Square type of area (forget the name) a few blocks away. Couldn’t help but go with 4 stars for the check in process but in reality, great house and was exactly what my group of friends was looking for coming in for a football game on campus. Would look to book the same house again if I were to come back to chapel hill for any reason. Thanks.

This is a great property in a beautiful neighborhood close to UNC Chapel Hill’s campus. Spacious bedrooms and a beautiful master bath. Grill works well and the kitchen is properly stocked with all necessary cutlery and appliances.

While this property is in a beautiful quiet Chapel Hill location, the home itself could use a little love. Furniture was in need of upgrades and the overall cleanliness was borderline. The host was gracious in accommodating our request to check-in early, however, communication level was minimal.

We had 6 adults, a 3 year old and a 1 year old. The home was great, had everything we needed and was in a wonderful neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again!

Nice and close to UNC hospital where our son had surgery. Well furnished bedrooms. Nice baths. Clean inside. Good kitchen. Outside could use some sweeping and de-spiderwebbing however…. Close to great section of wooded trails and paved greenway for running/walking. 5 min to Harris Teeter and CVS if you’ll be living there for a bit like we were.

The property was in a great location as we were in town for graduation. Spacious house with plenty of room as I traveled with my parents, sister and spouse. Perfect fenced in back yard for the dog. Host was very communicative and accommodating.
