One-level home in quiet location with private pool, central AC & open layout

The house was very nice onside. Should have been told before final payment that the lanai was missing due to the storm. Also I did notice that the light fixture on the patio was missing and nothing in its place seems to be a hazard , also no alarms on the sliders going out to the pool which I thought was a law in Florida. The pool kept developing algae every couple of days the pool people would come but it would return quick. Our opinion is the pump was going on but it would not circulate in the pool to do anything. It wasn’t strong enough to take the bugs into the skimmer. On another note the location was wonderful and close to everything we needed and wanted. The neighborhood was nice and neighbors were very friendly. They need to hear the pool and fix the pool area in order to get the money they are asking for it next season

I was not going to write a reveiw, but they keep sending me this so here I go, master shower , water only came out of handheld. pool guy came to clean the pool never vacuumed the pool just brushed it and stir up the green , I found a roach in the kitchen sink, but never seen another the rest of the stay, over all nice place, I would stay again in a pinch. I call to lets them know about these things and really di not get a oh sorry can we give you a refund or an credit on your next stay. nothing.

We decided to try something different this trip and not stay beachfront, so I specifically picked this home because of the beautiful pool. I didn't realize it was unheated which made it unusable until our very last day (2 week stay) after a very hot week. So that was a HUGE disappointment, especially with Red Tide at the beach. There were no lounge chairs or any pool accessories. The house itself was very clean. We felt the pictures were deceiving. It seemed like everything in the house was very old. The furniture was not very comfortable. The bed was comfortable. It also is the only rental in a neighborhood so that felt kind of strange. The layout of the house is nice if you came with a family. It would work great for a summer family trip.

Loved the layout of the house, and the pool would have been great if it was heated. Nice size tv's and comfortable furniture. We found the place had not been cleaned well, surfaces not wiped off. There were some small maintenance items that needed to be taken care of. When notifying the property manager they responded but no one showed up to fix the toilet seat. The house could be very nice, if they cleaned it better and fixed the little things. We found a toe nail on the coffee table.

Very roomy for a 2 bedroom.

I like how open the house it’s pretty spacious for only being a 2 bedroom home but it’s fit 4 us perfectly.

With a 4 night last minute stay we were not sure what we would get, but this home exceeded expectations and was very comfortable with everything we needed and a great pool/lanai area.
