One block from the beach! This three-bedroom and three-bathroom sleeps eight!

It wasn’t like the description or the photos. The living room had a sofa covered by a sheet there was also a single bed in th me room. The kitchen cupboards were sticky and greasy. There’s was hardly any cups or glass ware and what there was was mismatched and chipped. There was black mild around the kitchen faucet and I bought five new pillows for the beds. We left a day early very disappointed

Plenty of space, towels, and cool beach house for the family. The house was clean

We stayed 2 weeks with family, 4 adults and 2 kids, and everyone was comfortable. Having a full kitchen really helps with kids. Only word of caution is the steps within the house; the kitchen is 2 steps up, the bedrooms are either 1 or 3 steps up from the main living floor. Also, floors were not very clean when we first arrived but otherwise, the house had everything we needed. Enjoyed the outside space and yard. Great stay. Great location. Would definitely stay here again.

Door handle inside house fell right off. Bedrooms are musty smelling. Fire pit didn’t light. Hot tubs were falling apart. Dresser drawer fell off. The staff that came to fix our problems couldn’t understand why we had complained and refused to come in the house. She was rude, unapologetic, and said “I’m not dealing with this” and walked away. We did not get a refund for both of the nights. The homeowner communicated with us, but only refunded 1 out of our 3 night. We had to get a hotel after one night staying there. Terrible experience!

The property is roomy, yes, and in close proximity to the beach. Place looks trafficked, in need of a refresh. Not a lot of “comforts”. Beds fairly comfortable, pillows were thin. Older bathrooms and tired decor overall. Kitchen entrance, metal screened security door would not close or lock. Windows, some damaged and wouldn’t open. Outdoor seating needs cleaning. Patio, area was dirty, lights at outdoor counter not working. Plus’s are: bocce, croquet and outdoor game supplies, laundry, and location near beach.It sits right at train tracks and is loud.

Location was great to easily get to the beach. Property manager was very responsive with questions.

The host was quick to respond. The house was so fun. Great gathering spaces inside and outside. We loved being so close to the beach.

This place had everything our family needed for a two week vacation stay. Loved the fenced yard for my pup. The house was very clean and even came complete with a Tiki bar in the front with grill. Even had 2 hot tubs! Ray was so quick to respond on anything that we asked, offered bikes, surf boards, beach stuff and fishing poles free of charge. The Wisconsin Market a few doors down was perfect along with the coffee shop. Very nice neighborhood and was quiet. The beach is less then a block away, the Harbor has shops and restaurants that do not disappoint. We will be returning soon no doubt. Thank you Ray!

Great location!! Convenient to everything, nice accommodations, comfortable beds, plenty of everything you need for a family vacation. Highly recommend!

Perfect location. House has many great amenities. Good place to relax. Everything is walking distance. We stayed last year and it has definitely been upgraded to make it more relaxing to stay.

We visited friends in Oceanside and were mostly out and about. This property was exactly what we needed and at a great price. Host was friendly and responsive. Everything was clean and usable, but the reason it gets 4stars is that it was sparse? Not very homey. If you plan on spending a lot of time there or wanted to cook a lot or had kids with you, it might not be as comfortable.

the home had a very homey feel to it. The house was big enough to accommodate all 8 of us. Host quickly responded to my questions.

Property is really close to a nice beach area and near a well stocked corner store and good coffee shop. House was prepared for arrival and check in was easy. Host reaponded quickly to questions. The pictures online are a little dated compared to the house's current state.

Perfect place to hang out for the weekend. Walked to every where we wanted to be.
