One-bedroom House and Patio all to yourself in a Great Location

We were very pleased with this house! Alexa provided many quality amenities, all of very good quality, and some personal extra touches that were special such as a hand-written welcome card and fresh-baked cookies! The neighborhood was very quiet with many fun restaurants and bars within walking distance. If we are ever in Seattle again, we would choose to stay here.

The cottage was absolutely charming! All of our needs were anticipated including phone chargers, coffee, cream, umbrellas at the door. Would absolutely recommend this lovely place!

Perfectly stocked house in a great location. Had everything we needed. No problems with street parking. There were always spaces right in front of the house.

Host was amazing, thorough with amenities provided for our family, communicative and ensured we had an easy stay with our little one for our family vacation. The property is well maintained and you can tell; it looks as if it were beautifully renovated yesterday with its wooden floors, spacious shower and harmonious outdoor space. This property is immaculate and cozy, giving “mountain cabin” vibes. I can’t say enough about how amazing the host Alexa was for us; considering any and everything you might need on a vacation; extra pillows, pots, instructions and even a porta crib for our baby. Alexa provided enough detail in her house rules to help us manage daily cleaning and trash/recycling. Parking was tight but still doable as we had plenty of room to share with others on the street. Checkout was a breeze and allowed us to get to the airport on time with no fuss! Host is a 10/10 and hope to use their rental again if we ever visit Seattle in the future.

I stayed here for the second time. The bungalow is so well appointed with all you could need and instructions for everything. It is a lovely place to stay and Alexa is a wonderful host from leaving welcome cookies to accommodating my every need during my stay. This place is a real treasure!

The host was very welcoming even leaving fresh cookies for my arrival and very well written descriptions of the amenities. This is a beautifully appointed bungalow, very cozy with all the amenities you could wish for. The patio area would be wonderful for when the weather is nice. I couldn't have been happier with my stay in this lovely place.

All I can say is this cute little bungalow will be my go to every time I visit Seattle. Checked every box- clean, nice neighborhood, close to everything. Did I mention CLEAN ! Looking forward to my next trip.

This property was very well equipped.The bathroom was very clean with a large walk-in shower. The kitchen and living room have a comfortable open floor plan. The lovely patio area is private and surrounded by plantings. The host was especially friendly and flexible, left easy directions and plenty of information for finding your way around Seattle. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient.

Great location! Easy access to downtown, freeways, Ballard, zoo and many other places in Seattle via transit or car. Lovely place to stay. You even had a peekaboo water view from the kitchen window. Alexa was a great host. We look forward to coming back and staying again next year.

The place was perfect! The Freshly baked cookies upon arrival and the hand written welcome note card was as if I was checking itno a 5 star hotel. Well done! Alexa was nice to accommodate our late check out! Thank you for making our stay perfect!

The home was exactly as represented, comfortable, new, was very clean, and the chocolate chip cookies from the host were the best.

The house was nicely remodeled and decorated . The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you might need. Very cozy house and charming neighborhood with nice walking areas nearby. Wonderful patio area to enjoy your morning coffee.

Fantastic spot, really cozy and quiet. Spent a good amount of time walking around the neighborhood and Woodland Park. Kitchen is nice and well provisioned with cooking gear. Great VRBO, 100% would stay here again.

What was especially nice was the lovely patio and landscaping. Overall - one of the best places we have stayed. Thank you for your careful attention to detail.

This was a great place. We had three in our group and this worked out very well for us. The neighborhood was far enough from downtown that made it easy to navigate. Alexa let a helpful binder with lots of information and tips. We took a bus that had a stop close by and rode that into downtown. Plus enjoyed dinner close by thanks to the recommendations from the binder.

Alexa was amazing with communication, and went out of her way to stay in contact, and helpful storing bags. She was willing to communicate with my family since I wasn’t on the trip. She recommended good eats, and her place is perfect! I will be back for sure! Thank you!

This is such an amazing place to stay! Incredibly clean, organized with so so many amenities. Alexa has thought of everything for this property and made us feel at home. She is a gracious host and communicated with me thoroughly. My family has two adults and two young children and we still had plenty of room. Great location, close to the zoo and just a short drive to the waterfront. The streets are very narrow with steep parking but that’s just typical Seattle! We tried some of the neighborhood recommendations and loved the Uneeda Burger and bakeries! We will definitely stay here again when we come back for a visit!

This was truly the most spotless rental we have seen (and we have stayed at a number of properties). I stayed with my 8 year old son. It had everything we could have possibly needed, including a very helpful binder with specific info regarding the home, and another with recommendations of things to do in the area. There were lovely details, like coffee, tea, sparkling water, cookies, soap, dish detergent, etc. All household essentials easily found. The place was beautifully updated, and thankfully no wall to wall carpeting or heavy drapery (which is great for people with allergies). This is one of the most accurately listed places I have seen. I would highly recommend it and definitely stay again.

The house was so well organized, it met my needs as a cook. I rented the house in hopes I could provide my family with an enjoyable gateway and with a home cooked flare. I was able to cook faimily dinners, save money and spend quality time with love ones.

Alexa was a wonderful host. My wife and infant joined me on my Seattle trip and the house was perfect for us. Alexa provided us with a pack and play for our baby and the house had everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable. The location is also wonderful. Believe all the glowing reviews, this beautifully designed spot is welcoming, immaculate and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could ever need. Nestled among a lovely garden setting, the location is close to everything, yet quiet and serene. Alexa has created the most charming space, it feels like you are staying at a good friend’s home!

We really enjoyed staying here while in Seattle. The house was nicely decorated and very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed walking around the nice Phinney Ridge neighborhood and looking at all the craftsman style and brick houses. We also enjoyed walking around Green Lake park, which is only about a block away. Plenty of on street parking. And, best of all, the host was super helpful with any questions we had and she makes the best chocolate chip cookies. I would love to stay here again when I’m back in Seattle.

My mother-in-law stayed in Alexa's beautiful cottage and LOVED it. She was as cozy and comfortable as she could be, with everything she needed provided, as well as other thoughtful details. The wonderful homemade cookies that greeted her upon arrival were the icing on the cake!

This bungalow is so clean, lovely and comfortable. It is nestled into a neighborhood with tons of walkable shops, cafes and things to do. Alexa has thought out everything you need for your stay and ever available to answer questions.

Alexa is the best hostess. We needed a few extra days at the beginning of our trip and she was able to accommodate us with no issues. This house is beautiful, all brand new, and is close to everything. This house has everything you need. Just bring your suitcase. Clean and very comfortable. The bed is very comfortable and our son said the pull out couch was comfortable. Thank you Alexa. Hope to stay again soon.

I'm not sure I can add a lot of details to what has already been posted except to reiterate that Alexa is a great host with and very communicative. The location is nice & quiet and the house is nicely appointed and super comfortable.

We had an amazing stay in Phinney Ridge. The bungalow was perfect for size and comfort and had everything we needed. Also Alexa and Ron were on hand for any of our questions and needs. The area is so peaceful and friendly with an easy walk to coffee shops and more. I couldn't recommend it more. A wonderful stay.
