Description

The spacious 2490 square foot home on a beautiful wooded acre has four bedrooms and a den to sleep ten. Free Wi-Fi and space for remote office. The master bedroom has a King bed, dresser, night stands, and lamp. The ensuite master bathroom features both a shower and garden tub, two closets, and two sinks. A full bathroom off the hallway has a tub with shower. The house is stocked with toilet paper, towels, sheets, bedspreads, pillows, and pillowcases. The furnished living room features a woodburning fireplace, with firewood stacked in the back yard. A fully equipped kitchen has an oven, cooktop, microwave, fridge, toaster, can opener, pots, pans, flatware, dishes, bowls, cups, and glasses. Reverse osmosis water faucet. There's a coffee bar with a k-cup coffee maker and coffee. The kitchen has a sliding glass door to the pergola patio and the half acre fenced back yard. A washer and dryer is in the utility room with laundry soap. Three other bedrooms have queen beds, night stand, lamp, dresser drawers and closet. The den has a daybed with trundle bed underneath providing two single beds or one large king-size bed. The large den features a big TV with a comfy couch and recliner, and another table for six. Outside past the carport is a bridge across the creek to a campfire area. Fires are allowed when there is no Collin County burn ban. Covered carport parking is provided 2 cars. There's parking on the property for six cars total. Bring up to two 80-pound dogs for an extra fee. Parvo vaccination required. Dog crates provided by request. Dogs must be on a leash if they aren't in the fenced back yard or the house.
