Loud neighborhood, too close to the bars. Bright lights of the Hgwy shining in the bedrooms. Dingy neighborhood. No beach view. Urban surroundings. Comfortable house. Too late check in, 5pm. Too early check out, 9 am. Plenty of space. Says there’s 12 beds, there are 10. Some people didn’t have beds. Too expensive for what you get. Tons of fees but they want you to do the dishes and the laundry. Not interested in going there again.

This rental experience was by far one of the worst experiences we’ve had and it all had to do with Brandon Curl the property manager. Our check-in time was 5 PM. Everything we received had no door codes. It was a generic message With those items being left out. We texted the property manager, Brandon. We got no response after 15 minutes, panicked, because we had driven a long way and we had 11 people in our party- We decided to call. Brandon was polite and apologized and said that he was the new property manager and that the cleaning crew must’ve just not sent him the info and gave us the code to get into the house. No big deal first hiccup, we could deal. Keep in mind he threw the cleaning staff under the bus immediately just remember that. We all get into the house. It’s beautiful. It’s big. It’s exactly what we needed for the size group and we’re excited. On the counter in the kitchen, we noticed a huge Costco pumpkin pie with a letter that is definitely to the owners of the house or the previous manager team-but the pie is molded and it is obviously from Thanksgiving. Another red flag. Because if that pie was sitting there since Thanksgiving… Looking around, absolutely no towels in the whole house, 3/6 beds have no sheets . Heat was off and house was freezing cold. Couldn’t get the heater to turn on so we text Brandon again- no response so we called. He apologized again and said “keep trying to turn the heater on, I’ll have a service man there first thing tomorrow “. Ne
