Went for reunion. Beautiful view. Lots of room. Nice deck. Did not not know of steep driveway and getting up from a certain direction. Upstairs toilet need more cleaning and downstairs lock a bit wobbly.

We had a family of 11 with ages ranging 12-72--and we found this rental to work well for us. The view--we all agreed--was spectacular. It was where you'd find each of us watching the sunrise in the mornings, and star gazing in the evenings. The driveway was steep, but our more adventurous drivers took it with ease (at least after the initial drive up). The pool table was used frequently--and enjoyed.

The house has the most incredible view with a sweet balcony to enjoy , but the driveway was not fun for parking or to go up and down. The house layout was perfect for us, but I would not say this house sleeps 12 as there’s no sofa bed or full bed. There were 4 Kings and 1 Queen that were found in the bedrooms. The futon would possibly sleep a small child. Living room couches were broken and the recliners would not properly recline. Kitchen did not provide enough utensils. We had 7 forks and 6 spoons so had to eat in shifts or quickly wash them for the next person to eat. The house as a whole needs to be restocked with newer necessities and a deep clean for the carpet and bedding if not replaced. We enjoyed the wrap around balcony, view and layout of the house for our big family, but house just needs to be appropriately cleaned, stocked and setup for guests.

Although the property is beautiful, it is not well kept up. The cabinet doors and doors themselves were coming off the hinges. We found ourselves having to clean the dishes because they were not properly cleaned. The house itself has a lot of details that can easily be fixed with maintenance and upkeep. Several of the items in the home just seem to be falling apart .The view is amazing though.

Cabin was perfect, enough space for 9 adults. View were amazing! The entrance to get to the cabin is a bit steep but it is so worth it!

Overall, cabin is decent. It has a really nice view, we loved the balcony, however, the hill to go up is pretty scary! What we didn’t like was that for the amount we paid to stay, we only had one toilet paper per bathroom for the entire 3 days and even one of the bathrooms didn’t have toilet paper. None of the bathrooms had shampoo either. It was a total of 12 persons who stayed during the weekend so obviously that was not enough so we had to take our own, not a big deal, but I feel if we’re going to pay that much, then we shouldn’t worry about toiletries.

We enjoyed our 4 nights there. Great location and floorplan for us. There is some deferred maintenance that could be addressed.. new blinds (most were inoperable or a challenge to use), dirty and cracked windows, lights not working, and a general deep cleaning.
