On the water townhome, amazing AC skyline

Wonderful week in Brigantine. This house had everything we wanted. Great times on the dock, kayaks, and crabbing. Dan and Christine were wonderful to deal with.

This house and owners are amazing. It was exactly what we expected from the pictures. We fished and crabbed off the docks. We relaxed on the multipliable decks crazy how quiet the cove was with all those homes, but it was very quiet and relaxing. It was a short drive to the beach. Brigantine is such a beautiful island with beautiful people! Thank you again Dan and Christine.

First off we had perfect weather both weeks. The home was clean and very well equipped. The location on the bay kept us more at the house than the beach. my grandsons loved the dock for fishing and crabbing. the two weeks flew by. Both of the neighbors were extremely nice families. Thanks for an enjoyable vacation.

This home had everything we needed for a bay vacation. We swam, fished, crabbed, kayaked, stand up paddled and thoroughly enjoyed bay living for a week. The house has tons of space for our group of 8: 4 adults and 4 tweens/teens. It was super clean when we arrived which made settling in quick and easy (not always the case with rentals). Spent a lot of time between the deck and the dock and even made good use of the game table on the lower level too when it rained. Kitchen had everything we needed (since we rarely left the house and ate in mostly). Dan was great to work with and we hope to spend more time there next year!

The location was great, easily accessible to grocery, beach, restaurants, Atlantic City etc. House had plenty of room for our family of four and two other family members to stay. The downstairs efficiency was great for them to have their own space. Dock was a plus for boat and water activities. We spent hours just fishing off the dock or kayaking in the lagoon. Wonderful family vacation!

Property was clean and how described in the listing. Owners very easy to deal with. Kitchen(s) had everything we could ever need and the extra fringe on the first floor was an awesome feature. Great views from the dock and balcony.

The property & location were great! Plenty of room to kick back and relax inside & out. The views were the best! Great sunset over the bay & AC from three decks! The owners were easy to communicate with & were very accommodating. We were even allowed to check in earlier. We would love to come back again!

Beautiful home, right on the water with lots of boating and swimming. Great view of Atlantic City. Drawback, too many steps. Overall nice place to stay.

My husband rented this house as a surprise for my birthday and what a great gift it was! The house is spacious, comfortable, and has everything anyone would want for a wonderful Jersey Shore getaway. The owners were courteous with great attention to detail, including a hand made Happy Birthday card and a lovely tray of sweets to greet us on our arrival. The house is very convenient to Atlantic City, as well as the mainland, with a Wawa, CVS, gas station, and other shops nearby. Without a doubt though, my favorite part of this property are the incredible views from each of the three decks overlooking the water and AC skyline. It was so peaceful to enjoy my coffee every morning while looking at that view, I would stay out there for hours, relaxing and watching the boats go by. At night, we would fall asleep in the master bedroom looking at the lights twinkle on the water. Truly magnificent. I highly recommend this house. The owners were wonderful to work with, very friendly and attentive. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My husband and I will definitely be staying here again.
