We had a great time at No Such Place! Keith was a very accommodating host; he answered my many questions in advance and was very gracious. He met us on site at our arrival and was very welcoming. We enjoyed the cozy cabin feel and its setting along the shores of Keuka lake! Though the weather did not cooperate with much time outside, the view was amazing. Our party of 6 had a lovely weekend!

Spectacular views of the bluff and Keuka Lake. The property and cottage is very old school camp like. However, it was clean, and equipped with everything we needed and wanted. The owner is attentive but not overbearing. An excellent host.

The cottage was very clean. The dock is amazing. The extra refrigerator and the room air conditioners in the bedrooms were great to have! There is no flat area to set up yard games(although that is visible online) and the cottage is on a very short road so there’s no safe place to take a long walk. The host is very nice but did “drop in” a number of times unannounced which was a bit unsettling.

This cottage makes full use of the space allowing for entertaining inside or out. We appreciated the owner allowing different guests to visit throughout the week and stay overnight, with safe parking on the property for several vehicles. The A/C in every bedroom and living area along with multiple fans kept the space very comfortable. Having Two refrigerators was convenient along with 2 picnic tables and multiple seating options on 2 levels. The owner was knowledgeable, very helpful and quick to respond to questions and requests. Because we had fabulous weather, we were focused on water activities and chilling on the decks but we did love the Living Roots winery nearby for awesome lake view, property, wines and hospitality. Fourth of July fireworks around the lake allowed us to stay put and comfortably enjoy the experience!

Our stay in 'No Such Place' was just what we needed - cute, cozy cottage with a beautiful view and an awesome dock for our boat. Keith was a friendly, gracious host who made us feel instantly welcome. We brought our dog and he swam off the shoreline. The lake is peaceful and we enjoyed boating in the evenings too. Thanks for the great week, and we can't wait to come again!Jen, Tom & Finn

Property location is beautiful. Lovely lake views, very pleasant lake breezes, spectacular sunsets. Particularly enjoyed morning coffee on the covered back porch. Lots of wineries to visit and numerous places to eat. For those who may have serious mobility issues, the stairs leading to the 3 upstairs bedrooms are very steep and quite narrow. But there is a bedroom on the first floor. The first floor and 2 upstairs bedrooms look out over the lake, providing a pleasant wake up. Keith was super to work with and made sure we had what we needed and enjoyed our stay.

“No Such Place” is a gem…! We are so lucky to have found it! It’s clean, functionally perfect, located at exactly the right place on the lake, close to wineries, distilleries, restaurants and convenience stores, and the owner is amazingly quick to respond to any of our questions by text. We had kayaks dropped off and picked up at the dock, and all the pre-stay information and pictures were extremely well organized, accurate and helpful. Some may think it’s a bit on the rustic side, but we loved that about the place. The kitchen was well stocked for almost any cooking need and the two refrigerators were a major plus. There is an open-air picnic table with grill on the side deck and another grill and picnic table in a covered area near the dock and water. All the steps and walkways were freshly power sprayed, and all the deck furniture was antiseptic clean with fresh white paint. It was nice to be at a place where the owner took special pains to make sure the place was clean, well-kept and ready for us. We will be booking two weeks at No Such Place next summer and we highly recommend this property to all. I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.

Four old friends who do a girls weekend each year. This was our first stay on Keuka Lake. Beautiful lake, beautiful time of year. The dock was wonderful to relax on. A couple of us even braved a cold plunge into the 52° water. The outdoor patio off the dining room was lovely too. Home faces north so you get views of sunrise and sunset. The house itself was clean but had a faint strange odor. Maybe just the dampness from the lake. The fourth bedroom is sort of half of the dining room but there is a folding wall to provide some privacy. The place overall needs a little updating and freshening. Kitchen was a wonky layout but had everything we needed. Keith was easily available and responsive had we needed him. We walked to three wineries, one distillery, and a restaurant from the house. It was total maybe two miles round trip but is on a busy road, so be mindful of that. But being able to walk was a huge bonus. I admit I was overwhelmed by the dozen or so PDFs regarding our stay prior to arrival. I’d prefer just directions, an address, and instructions for entry. The rest could have been in a guest orientation book in the home. Our experience was a positive one overall and we would likely stay again if we choose this lake in the future.

We had a great day! Keith was awesome. He helped us with whatever we needed. Was there at the property when we arrived to help place our boat trailer. We had a long weekend for our anniversary and brought our Boat to do some fishing. Keith was very helpful with that. Let us know where we could put the boat in and store the trailer.

My family of 6 and myself stayed at No Such Place and found it quite charming. And not lacking in the way of amenities, location, views, close by restaurants and wineries. We have stayed at several places on Keuka and find that this place has it all. We loved the beautiful doc, swim in the pristine waters, enjoy a family campfire, walked the dog in the nearby woods. Neighbors are very friendly. If you prefer to sit around all day, there are hotels that may serve you better. The cottage was very clean and functional upon our arrival, and the dock chairs, swing set, and picnic tables were all freshly painted showing the care the owner has for the property. Even the several walkways around were freshly power sprayed. We had lots of guests over and they enjoyed the large dock for boating and fishing. There was also plenty of parking, which was always such a problem at other places we have stayed. The host, Keit, is an incredible resource to use for information and that was a big plus. We highly recommend this special rustic cottage, and we will be going back for sure to stay two- or three-weeks next summer.

If you are looking for that rustic, quirky spot (which is what we were looking for) this is for you. The location is great. Very close to good restaurant (The Swits) and right in the heart of the Keuka wineries. However given the price I would expect and request a much better maintained property. A good cleaning and a fresh coat of paint would do a lot to improve the exterior spaces and their usefulness. Given the age and quirky nature of the property it is filled with trip hazards in the interior spaces not reflected in the description. Not a problem for us but could be for some. The neighborhood is NOT friendly at all. Seemed to be a lot of tension between neighbors and parking seems to be a hot topic as areas are clearly marked and checked. Finally, the owner stays on the property in the garage with his adult son and there are multiple surveillance cameras on site. Honestly that and the neighborhood vibe were a bit off putting. While those items were not inconsequential, overall we enjoyed our stay but we would not use this property again without some exterior changes.

We are Lake People that love Keuka Lake and have been coming to Keuka for many years. Despite many great renting experiences in the past, we have always been looking for an ultra-special place that affords an ideal central lake location to the surrounding cities by water or by roadways. Also we wanted a place thatoffers fantastic views, has a beach campfire pit for our evening family time,  has a long dock with multipleboat lifts for our fishing boats and pontoon boat, a place located on the sunset viewing side (of course), a place that offers great parking for cars, guests and boat trailers, has a large grassy and wooded area where we can walk our dogs, has a friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and caring host, is a place located near great wineries and restaurants, has a well-appointed and fully functioning kitchen, has fast internet and a totally clean, comfortable and well-kept place that reminds us of the classic golden age rustic cottage that we stayed at each summer while growing up.   Well, our wish list was finally answered, and we found that special place on Keuka Lake. It’s called No Such Place…!  The bonus is that we loved the quick responses from our host, Keith, whenever we had a question about the property or the area. --- We must add that while this is not a fancy Madison Avenue type Hotel, it is a really neat Lake House, and we think it’s a gem, so we highly recommend it. We have already made plans to return. We have already made plans to retu

Lets start from the beginning. The host sent me messages through the VRBO app and we setup additional services like the use of the power boat lift, pet fees and full linen services. All seemed great. Once I got to the house, we went to go to bed and the upstairs bedrooms smelled terribly of paint, the bathroom on the second floor has an angled ceiling and you cant even stand in it to use the bathroom or wash your hands. The next morning the host popped out of the garage while I was at my truck and started a conversation about where I can park, how I should turn around and where to put my boat trailer. Im an adult, I am sure I can figure it out without the hosts input. After myself and the other guests got back from being out at a couple of the wineries, we were getting out of our vehicles and the host Keith is already walking up to the vehicles. I approach him as it was weird he was at the property again and he starts
