Stayed Jul 14, 2025This property and the experience Valerie offers is one of the few “gems” left on vacation rental sites. She and her husband are the sole caretakers of this property and it is the most CLEAN rental I have ever stayed in. Every corner is cleaned to perfection. She vacuums the couch, she cleans nooks and crannies you didn’t know existed. It’s truly remarkable to step inside and relax into a vacation experience.Valerie went above and beyond multiple times to help our family on our stay. The view is remarkable and even though you are not directly on the water, the view of the lake is as if you’re right there. If you’re looking for a proper, “old school” rental (like back in the day before investors bought up everything, quickly flipped properties & then barely maintained them) then this is the house for you!

Stayed Oct 11, 2024The property is just as described. I have rented other homes from VRBO but this was the first time I got to meet the hosts which by the way were awesome. Would definitely stay there again. It was very clean, warm and cozy.

Stayed Apr 12, 2024The house was perfect just want we wanted. beds were very comfortable, house extremely clean, and close to everything we wanted to go to. Made the weekend perfect even though it rained all weekend. we did not mind cozy up inside.
