It was very clean and comfortable. Hot tub and private patio were heavenly! The kitchen was stocked with plenty of pans and utensils. We loved having a bbq grill, full fridge, ice machine and 3 bathrooms. We could hear the neighbors upstairs, but not bad. We called the management company to report that the door to the laundry wouldn't open, but the service was poor and no one called back. Great location for Zion, etc.

The floor upstairs creeks so bad with every movement of the people upstairs. Very loud noise echos downstairs making sleeping miserable.

We loved the decor, layout and cleanliness. It’s very cozy! The only problem is the guests staying upstairs left a dog barking in the unit for 4-5 hours! Also we could hear clearly every footstep, wiggle car and the ball pit being used upstairs in the toy area and across the room. Our suggestion…. Insulation needs to be installed in the ceiling! We loved Hurricane! Along with the sweet rolls and the bakery recommendation.

We had a great stay here! The kids were thrilled by the ball pit and fun themed rooms. We were in close proximity to everything we needed and a short drive from Zion National Park which was the intention of our stay. Upstairs neighbors were noticeable but not disrespectful, and the 72 degree limit was improved by opening windows in the evening. Overall great experience!

Wonderful location and plenty of room for 10 of us. From the outside we had concerns 10 of us would fit but inside it was perfect. The ballpit was fun for all ages. Everything was clean and orderly. The rooms were spacious. It was nice two of the rooms had their own bathroom plus one communal bathroom (for your own apartment not with other apartments haha) The kitchen was a bit small but expected in a small space. I could have used a pot and strainer for our pasta but we made do. Also instructions for the jacuzzi would be helpful since we started it but then weren't sure how to turn it off properly. Took us a little while to figure out to unlock the door your push your code then the check mark, oops. The host always responded to your questions and accommodated us for early checkin!Highly recommend staying here. We will stay here again!

Thank you for a great stay! The home was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. If you live close bring your own pillows, the ones here are a bit flat and the water pressure isn't fantastic. Otherwise very cool place, well set up, lots of comfy bed options.

Our young kids had such a fun time playing in the pirate ship/ ball pit! The sleeping arrangement and number of bathrooms was perfect. The patio added the living space needed for a group of 13 people. The location was great with ample parking. I gave it overall 3 stars for 2 reasons. Trying to cook was challenging due to the horrible cookware - I would recommend grilling. The second and biggest reason it was just ok is that on the lower level, you hear everything upstairs. We actually left a day early due to a night of no sleep because of the kids and dogs in the unit above us. I appreciated the excellent communication with the host. This is a great concept, just poor construction that is not conducive to any peace and quiet for upstairs or downstairs unit.

Absolutely loved the ball pit and toy kitchen for kids. Loved that each room had a bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen chairs weren't the best but that's such a small thing we hardly noticed.

The rental was decorated very cute. I can see how kids would have a blast here. The location was great. Beds were comfortable. Kendall (the property manager) helped us with check in. He was very friendly even though the issues were my error. There were only a handful of downsides. The wifi was slow at times. There was a bad sewer smell after we showered. And the air doesnt go below 72 degrees (which was rough for a hot blooded person like me.) And the hot tub did make a consistent loud beeping sound.

Hello, my name is Cheyenne Rodriguez. I stayed at your lower home this past weekend. I just wanted to give some constructive feedback. I would like to start by we loved this home, the beds were so comfortable! My kids spent the entire weekend in the ball pit! The house was lovely! -Upon arrival the bird that sits on the hammock in the middle room was broken. -The Wifi was extremely slow, even after disconnecting the router, the TV did so much loading that we had to connect to our Hotspot to watch a movie. -To prevent stains on the towels i feel either a Swifer or dark towels should be provided for the floor. The fridge makes a water mess on the floor either by ice or water, maybe some kind of mat in front of fridge would be helpful? -A 1st aid kit should be located in the home. -Lastly there should be a How to operate jacuzzi section on the information page. Unsure why, but there was a loud beeping sound that came from the jacuzzi. Thank you for the great stay!

It was decorated so fun. My grandsons had a blast playing pirates in the boat ball pit. We loved the hot tup and. We didn't spend much time there as we had lots to do while there but it was great for what we needed. The only thing that was not good was the noise from the people upstairs. it was really bad in the early morning when they were up getting ready early and we had panned on resting. sounded like elelphants were jumping. They really need to reinsultate ore something
