Summer Snow was perfect for our family vacation. The house was very clean and cozy. The host provided helpful advice and everything we needed to ensure we had the best stay possible. Our kids loved the game room and the river. We hope to visit again soon.

Our stay at SummerSnow was everything we had hoped for. The home was beautiful, spacious, immaculately clean, and very well appointed. It was perfect for our family of four. Our teens had plenty of private spaces to choose from, and there were also many comfortable options for family gathering space. We all agreed that we had to come back, and booked a return trip before our week was even over! Andi was a fabulous host, providing timely and clear communication prior to arrival. This was the absolute best experience we have ever had renting a vacation home.

Everything about our stay at SummerSnow was exceptional! Andi was an incredibly responsive and accommodating host. The house and property were immaculate, and we loved all the details both inside and outside. We plan to return and hopefully make this an annual girls trip!

Best VRBO home ever great host and great time with friends

Ms. Andi was very responsive and welcoming. The home, its decorations, and its surroundings were wonderful. My family enjoyed the peace and quiet and there was plenty to do inside while we waited out the snow storm. We would definitely stay again!

I have been staying at VRBO properties for many years across the US. Andi’s property by far rates as the top for many reasons.As a Host, Andi is very responsive and provides several contact options. Everything you need to know in the Welcome package, including dining options, groceries, things to do and much more. The home is well taken care of, immaculate, with multiple extra touches, including a welcoming gift, fully stocked cleaning supplies, toiletries and the list goes on.All the rooms are comfortable and nicely. The game room has nicely separated areas for all ages, and includes board games, books, foosball and a table arcade machine. Thank you Andi. We will definitely stay again in the future when in the area.

We stayed in this lovely home for a few nights as a Christmas gift to our children. It was awesome!!! We can’t wait to go back. The host Andi was so welcoming and accommodating. She was able to accommodate our request for an early check in so we could enjoy the patriots game and checked in with us to make sure everything was ok. The house was extremely well appointed and the location right on the river was beautiful and so private and peaceful. Game room downstairs was a nice added feature and my kids enjoyed getting back to their childhoods with Wii and my son and I played Connect Four on the giant one they had. 5 star weekend all around. Great friendly host. Very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The home is excellent with lots of little extras. Our daughter had lots of fun in the games room. Overall a great stay and will book the home again.

House was exactly what we were looking for. Amenities were great. Stocked kitchen with plates, silverware, cooking utensils and pots and pans. Local restaurants were tasty and close to the sites were wanted to see. Your property is stunning. Loved the view and ability to walk down to the river.

Truly a beautiful home and even nicer in person. Kitchen was well stocked and planned with great thought and care. Loved the coffee station and then sitting by a cozy fireplace. Bedrooms and baths all extremely comfortable. We especially loved the outdoor lighting and chairs near the river. So many great amenities! Thank you for sharing your special home!

Even though it did rain we had a wonderful time the house immaculate property on perfect location on Saco inside kitchen and bathrooms had everything you needed Loved indoor fireplace and kids enjoyed game room in basement it was perfect can’t wait to book again to be able to use firepit

We had an absolutely perfect stay this weekend at Andi’s property on the River. The photos didn’t even do the home justice for how nice it was - everything was very clean, the bedrooms were perfectly spacious enough for our whole family, the basement and play area down there was perfect for our almost 2yo grandbaby, and the sound of the river running across the backyard was so serene. We had a wonderful time playing in the water & relaxing in the sun on the big rock. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, condiments, etc and the grill was phenomenal. There was also so much in/around the area too and we only scratched the surface. Couldn’t have been happier with our stay and would absolutely come back in the future! Thank you SO much!!

Amazing! Wonderful! Fantastic! We had the BEST time staying here! The river was perfect the house was immaculate! Beds were comfy, the towels were even amazing, and the house had everything you’d need and more! We will be back for sure! We loved it every second of it!

My wife and I chose Summer Snow for our weekend getaway to the White Mountains. The weather was not expected to be very good but that was fine with us because we were just looking for a serene location for a personal retreat. The place is just a stone's short throw to the Saco River and is situated right along the banks of a section of rapids, so the mesmerizing sound of white water can serenade you the whole time if you desire it - just open the windows and you know you're right there along with the birds in the trees and the wildlife. The home itself is very new and clean, and extremely well kept and well conceived from the standpoint of guests. Lovely, comfortable furnishings and amenities. Andi, the host, is very attentive and has made every effort to anticipate the needs of various kinds of guests. My wife who is EXTREMELY picky when it comes to cleanliness, was very impressed, and loved that the place is presented to guests like professional accommodations - she never felt like we were staying in someone else's personal space, which is something that causes her to usually hesitate when it comes to these things. Our last night there was a great thunderstorm and we spent the evening snuggling in front of the fireplace, enjoying God's show. Couldn't have found a more perfect spot, and we hope to return again someday with family or friends to enjoy the firepit and jump in the river, and further explore the White Mountains - one of our favorite places on earth.

This is our second time staying at Summer Snow and we cannot wait to go back. The location could not be more perfect - off the beaten path yet close to everything you want and need. The home is so welcoming and comfortable and has everything you may need. We felt like we were coming home the moment we walked through the door. And the river - I could sit there all day and just listen to it. Andi is the most wonderful host and she’ll make your stay as comfortable as can be. We cannot say enough wonderful things about this home!

It was a great property and very clean. Plenty for the kids to do inside and out. We ended up getting snow our first night there and the kids had a blast sledding down the hill at the railroad tracks. We'll be going back to swim in the river in nice weather!

We booked a quick getaway during school vacation week for some skiing and exploring. The house was GORGEOUS and exactly as shown in photos. We can’t wait to book again both in winter and summer!

Exceptionally clean property and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The owner was responsive and informative, as a winter storm was expected prior to arrival. The welcome gift was also a wonderful surprise and made us feel right at home. Would definitely book again and recommend for others as well.

We were very happy to come back to this perfect ski vacation home. The house was so welcoming, comfortable and clean. We even received a wonderful welcome basket! This is the perfect place for a ski weekend, the kitchen is so well equipped and the separate seating areas one around the fire place and another one upstairs for watching movies is such a nice feature. Looking out at the snowy river, mountains and trees is really relaxing. We will be back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at SummerSnow this past October. Andi offers a meticulously clean, beautifully decorated, thoughtfully stocked, exceedingly charming rental property suitable for families or small groups of friends looking for rest and relaxation in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. We loved the location of this home as it provided both a sense of privacy and easy access to amenities and attractions. Our kids enjoyed exploring the river and were delighted with the variety of games available in the basement. Foosball and the arcade console were a big hit! There are board games and puzzles to tackle as well, and a play area for younger kids. We felt this was much more than just a rental property, but a home lovingly cared for. We are so grateful to Andi for sharing her home with us and can’t wait to return!

Wonderful trip. Clean and comfortable rooms, well equipped kitchen, great hang-out space. We stocked up on groceries in North Conway and made delicious meals during our stay. Right on the river and just minutes to great hiking trails. Definitely recommend!

When you go away on vacation you want it to feel special. And when you rent a property you want to feel like its yours. This property fit the bill. Upon entering the house we were taken aback by the smell of cinnamon. The house was immaculate and fully outfitted. Whomever decorated that house needs to come over to mine :) The beds were very comfortable. All the utensils and other such things were readily available. It's honestly the first time I've rented a property and thought how easy it was... I didn't really need to bring or buy anything. The house was just perfect in every possible way.. I want one just like it! Andi was very responsive throughout the entire process. We went in peak foliage season so everything was really busy but BEAUTIFUL. Definitely would rent again.. and maybe every year.

The back yard is so close to the river. Sitting by the fire pit relaxing and listening to the flow of the river is just awesome. The lay out of the house was perfect for all of us to enjoy and relax.
