Stayed Oct 6, 2025We really enjoyed our friend getaway. The house was perfect: very clean, beautifully decorated, natural light and all the accessories needed to make our couple nights away perfect. The communication was excellent, and the host was so gracious about check in and check out. Location was great, beautiful sunsets over the marsh and sunrise on the upstairs deck. We were also excited for the easy access to Wells Beach.The Beach house is in an excellent location for access to many locations in South Maine. Restaurants nearby were also very good and recommended by the owner.

Stayed Jun 28, 2025This house had everything you need for a beach trip to Wells!The house is clean, and have plenty of space. The location is perfect for both walking to the Arcade and other boardwalk areas, as well as heading to the beach via public way 2. The shed is full of beach stuff (cart, tents, boogie boards, and toys), and the grill worked well.We will definitely stay here again for Wells trips!

Stayed Aug 10, 2024The house is great! All new and in great shape. Having towels, bedding, and beach chairs makes packing for the trip so easy. Location is awesome. On a very quiet, quaint street. 3 minute walk to beach. Loved it!!!!!

Stayed May 23, 2024We loved this house, location- and the VRBO hosts!! It was clean, well stocked with kitchen items- beautifully located. Lin was always responsive- and deeply accessible. I hope to visit her home again soon!!
