On the Black River - close to awesome fishing!

This home is spectacular! Perfect and clean. Very spacious and they kindly provided lovely bedding, towels, coffees, and the most breathtaking view of the fall foliage and river. We enjoyed coffee on the back deck in the crisp autumn air. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet. Hoping to visit again.

We were in town for a short visit with family and found this home to be perfect for our needs. It was spacious, clean, easily accessible, and charming. The hosts were accommodating and very easy to work with. We will definitelylook to stay at this property again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay! The house has so much character and charm, was very clean and was stocked with everything we needed. The view of the river and the outdoor spaces are an added bonus. We enjoyed walking around the village of Dexter and took day trips to some of the towns on Lake Ontario. We will definitely be back!

Great house with a view of the river! Very accommodating and kind host. Allowed us to check in early to enjoy a bonus afternoon in town. Well stocked home with great amenities. Comfortable beds, nice towels and overall a pleasant experience.

This was the best vacation rental we’ve ever had. Is beautifully finished and furnished. The enclosed porch is great for watching the river in comfort. The neighborhood is very quiet, clean and safe. Parks, a small grocery store, museum, library, coffee shop, and liquor store are all within a few blocks walk.We didn’t have any problems but did message the host a couple of times. They were very responsive.Hopefully we will have an opportunity to visit again in the future.

This was the perfect retreat for my sister and I while visiting my son who's stationed at Fort Drum. It was central to everything. The home is cozy and equipped with everything you need for a peaceful stay. I just wish the weather was better so we could have enjoyed the outdoors more! I will definitely stay here again!

This home was exactly what we were looking for. The owner has furnished this house with everything you might need, including extras. Her attention to detail was apparent in every room. All the appliances and A/C functioned perfectly. The rooms are comfortable and the decor is like a trip around the world. We would stay there again without hesitation. Plus, it is dog-friendly which is very important to us. Suzie even had dog biscuits waiting for our pooch.

The house was perfectly located for our needs, had all the features we needed (and more!), and we greatly appreciated the time frame we were given for check in/out. Big thanks to the hosts for everything!
