ON SALE! 3bd 2bth with Heated Pool!

What a fantastic trip! The location of this house makes it perfect for sun-worshippers! A south-facing private backyard that allows for pretty much constant sun all day, along with a very quiet and safe neighborhood in combination with the amazing heated pool make this a dream home! The house was well stocked with a decent compliment of spices, pots and pans, and such to help out with your cooking. The house was clean when we arrived, and getting a hold of the owner was quick and helpful if there were any problems or questions. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and everything was in very good condition. We really enjoyed the backyard, and were surprised to learn that there were a small group of wild parrots (rosy faced lovebirds) that were living in the mesquite tree in the backyard. The local grocery store nearby is very nice, and old town Scottsdale is a very short drive away. Out of all of the times that we have come to Phoenix, this is one of the best houses that we have stayed at, and we are definitely booking again soon! Some great restaurants to try in the area are San Tan Flat, Trevor's Liquors for their pizza, it's unreal, Velvet Taco in Scottsdale, Defalco's Deli, Aunt Chilada's, and Old Town Pizza.,

Beautiful home, awesome pool and fire pit, and the coolest family of rosey-faced lovebirds that were such a joy to observe.

Too bad you can’t control Mother Nature, as the rain and cold prevented us from enjoying the pool. Very cute and well set up place. In spite of the weather, we had a great time!Host was very responsive.

Nice updates to the interior. Very comfortable accommodations, very convenient to Old Town and the 101 freeway.

The house was fantastic. It was very quiet and very private. Perfect for a family stay.

Beautiful home. Met all our needs. Pool was a lifesaver in AZ heat! All the amenities needed for a relaxing few days. Location was perfect. Communication with Danielle was so easy and she was very accommodating!

My daughters and I very much enjoyed our stay at this home. Very clean, spacious, and the home was beautiful. We enjoyed the gorgeous pool on those really hot days! The owner, Claudia, was very friendly and helpful with check-in and check-out instructions. If I ever need a place to stay again in Scottsdale I will 100% book this beautiful home again, highly recommended!

Would absolutely stay again! Great location Great rooms great pool. There was some street noise so be aware if you are a light sleeper but again the place made up for that with everything else.

The property is clean, communication with Danielle was excellent. The neighborhood was quiet and the location is great for getting around. Wish we could have stayed longer. A great retreat for us Alaskans!

We enjoyed the stay at Scottsdale, the weather was good and the communication with the home owner was very good . There was a pool filter malfunction and it was taken care of and repaired the same day .

The only glitch is pool in winter....it takes 8 hours to heat up...stays warm overnight thru cool temps...so we got in a full day after turning on heat 2nd day. Loved it...amazing house with lots of cute extra touches in design...

Place was clean and well decorated. Pillows could be a little desired but good place overall.

It was exactly as described. The house was very clean and comfortable, and the pool was amazing!
