Stayed Dec 28, 2025Easy access to the slopes via the four o’clock run and Snowflake lift (5min walk away). Convenient walking to Main St. Really never needed our rental car!

Stayed Aug 19, 2025Great location near downtown Breck along a bus line and ski run; connected to the Sawmill trails. Older building with a mix of newer interior features. Plenty of space for a family of 4. Excellent communication process and accuracy of the property from the owner. Enjoyable summertime stay!

Stayed Aug 9, 2025This condo is in a great location and is reasonably priced. The living and dining areas are very comfortable and spacious. Itrip manages the property and they got us 9x13 pans when we couldn't find them and laundry soap when it ran out. Also followed up on a city wide Internet Outage. Very timely and responsible.

The hot water capacity was very low, and we only had 4 adults and 3 young children in the unit, but more than 3 successive showers drained the hot water.For the price, a more accessible pool and hot tub would have been expected as well.

Stayed Feb 11, 2025It was a great location we just had to walk up 3 blocks to the lift and at the end of the day snowboarded to the back door. For dinners just walked which was nice to not have to deal with parking on Main Street!! We just had 5 of us 2 couples and a single plenty of room.

Stayed Jan 11, 2025Everything about this stay was everything we could have wanted! The condo was a 4 min walk from the lift and we could ski down to the front door from the 4’Clock run! Inside was spacious and the fire place was a hit with everyone! Would definitely recommend!

Stayed Aug 2, 2024Our family made an extended weekend get away, and we were happy with the accommodations we found at the condo. The checkin process went smoothly and the few questions we had were answered almost immediately by staff. The condo is well stocked with things needed in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. The close proximity to downtown was great and we didn’t have to move our vehicles except when we went to explore the area. We would recommend the unit for large family/group gatherings. Thank you.

Stayed Jun 26, 2024The condo was great. Separate bedroom for each of us, great parking, walking distance to town and the shuttle bus, and the place was clean and well stocked. Had an issue with TV internet and the key lock box and the help team got to us and fixed the issues right away. Very helpful on the phone and kept in touch with us. Overall, and great stay and I'm happy with my VRBO experience!
