On resort in Prospect Development-Direct Ski In/Out-Trampoline-Views

For our large family,this property was exactly as advertised. Great location, roomy, clean, well stocked kitchen, all the amenities. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and relax. Hot tub and steam shower were a welcome end to a day on the slopes. Everything we needed was supplied. A carefree and perfect rental.

My friends and I had an incredible stay at this CB gem. Unbelievable views in all directions. Ski-in/ski-out was amazing...felt like we had a private run to the house. The living room and basement game room TV's are much larger than shown in photos...nice surprise. I hope to be back next season!

This was the best VRBO I have ever stayed in. The design of the home was perfect with amazing views of the mountains out of every window in the house. It was a true ski-in/out with the groomed trail coming right to the front door. The owners came to clear snow off the surfaces and check on us the first day just to make sure everything was ok. Krista was incredibly responsive anytime I had a question along the way. A

This place is amazing!Beautiful views, the house is top shelf just gorgeous!And the hosts/owners (Krista & Geoff) are fantastic. They were always available to answer questions. Geoff even stopped by a couple times to make sure we had everything. He even snow plowed around the house and down the trail to the lift.I would highly recommend staying here.

Excellent home and host. We stayed here with a family group of 12. Everyone had plenty of space. The home is well appointed in terms of furniture, dishes, cookware, etc. Great hosts made the entire process seamless. Thanks again for a fun trip!

The house was amazing with plenty of room for our large group. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and even impressed our discerning chefs. The views from every window are breathtaking and we were awestruck by mountain sunsets multiple evenings. While the snow did not cooperate, the First Tracks shuttle easily got our skiers to and from the base of the mountain. Krista and Geoff went out of their way to make sure we had a Christmas tree and holiday lights and kept us informed of the status of lifts opening. We didn’t get to experience ski in and ski out but look forward to coming back when there is more powder! Definitely one of our best rental experiences.

The home was fabulous. Everyone had a great time. We also catered a meal from Tim Egelhoff, a private chief that was wonderful. Would definitely stay at same home if we visit Crested Butte again.

Our family of 16 loved our week ! Big enough for toddlers to nap quietly and the living area was perfect for family dinners. Kids loved trampoline . The 3 sets of washers and dryers were GREAT to have . Being so close to the hike through the aspen groves was so fun -we hiked up to Painter Boy where our son got married , such a sentimental journey . We appreciated the luxuries . Hosts were attentive . Thank you

We had an amazing time at this property. We had 3 generations who stayed together in this home and it could not have been more perfect. Everyone had their own space and with the ski in/ ski out option- it couldn't have been easier. Everyone could come and go off the mountain when they wanted. The view are spectacular. Many card and board games were played at the kitchen table with 180 degree view of the mountains. Some of the bonuses of the house- a very well stocked kitchen, 3 sets of washer/ dryers, ping pong in the garage, plenty of ski and boot storage, the hot tub, 2 living rooms! I would rent this house again in a heartbeat. Truly amazing!

Great ski location and conditions

We are hoping to return to this perfect escape again. Plenty of space for 12 adults. The views were more than we expected. House was well appointed, we wanted for nothing....except for Tucker to spend the week with us!

Simply put, this is the best place our group has had in 10 years of ski trips to different resorts. This isn’t just a condo or rental property it is a home of the highest quality. The owners/managers could not be more attendant to a great experience. Amazing time. Amazing home.

Our group of eight adults recently stayed at this incredible ski-in, ski-out house, and it completely exceeded our expectations. The location was ideal. We could literally ski right to the door, which made getting on and off the mountain so easy and convenient.The house itself was spacious and beautifully designed, accommodating our large group with plenty of room to spread out. The living area was ideal for hanging out after a day on the slopes, and the second living area downstairs offered even more space. The large windows offered breathtaking views of the snow-covered mountains of Crested Butte.The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook up group meals, and the dining area comfortably seated everyone. The hot tub was great for soaking sore muscles while taking in the views.The bedrooms were comfortable and well-appointed, with enough space to ensure everyone had their own spot to relax. Plus, the ski storage area and boot dryer were incredibly handy, keeping our gear organized and dry.The hosts were fantastic, providing great local recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed for a seamless stay. With the ski-in, ski-out convenience, combined with a cozy, spacious atmosphere, this house was the perfect choice for our large group. I couldn’t recommend it more for anyone looking for an unforgettable ski trip to CB.

We rented this home with our whole family to surprise our dad for his birthday. We pulled off the surprise and the house accommodations were perfect for our group. The location and views were amazing! Our host was also amazing and super helpful in the planning process. She recommended a local photographer to capture our moments, stocked the fridge so we would not have to get out, and even made a connection to a local baker to get his favorite cake made!

Best views in CB! This high end mountain home is a wonderful 3 story house in Prospect. Bottom floor has 3 bedrooms, 2nd kitchen and is perfect for older kids or second family. Great outdoor fire pit (perfect for s’ mores), foose ball table, ping pong table and hot tub. Main and third floor have an additional 3 rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. We had 10 adult kids and cooked every night for 5 nights and didn’t have any issues from a lack of appliances or supplies. The home is very clean, maintained and organized. It’s situated next to an owners trail that leads to the Gold Link lift. Best access back to the house is to take Elko Park to Deer Pass. This is our second stay at this house, I highly recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed. The home owners are great people and always available should you need assistance! If I could make one recommendation we could use a pool table next time! JK
