This property is a great location for larger groups to stay if running multi-day experiments at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, which is clearly not the intended usage as it also looks like a great lake location if you like kayaking. Hosts were great and very communicative.

Great stay, everything felt like it was designed with the guest in mind. Quite a thoughtfully set up home. Our mountain biking teens loved having the sunroom and the hot tub area to relax after Windrock rides. One of the best stocked and labeled homes on VRBO!

Tracy was great and very communicative with questions prior to check-in. We will stay there again when in Knoxville.

The fire pit is great!

Everything was perfect. Couldn’t ask for more.

Only problem we had was we could not find any sheets for fold out couches.

The place was clean & well stocked with everyday essentials. We enjoyed our stay!

The property was beautiful. The home had everything in it that you would need. The lake was so convenient and using the boat and kayaks were such a enjoyable experience for my family. I would highly recommend this rental for families to enjoy .

From the check-in to check out everything about this trip was amazing! So much to do, fishing on the dock and boat, paddle boarding, kayaking, tubing, knee boarding, exploring the lake, hot tub, games galore, morning coffee on the deck. We were so excited to also bring our pup on her first family vacation and she loved it. This was definitely one of our top trips!

Owner were wonderful. House is in amazing condition. The family loved the water and big yard for games. Quiet area. House was wonderfully stocked stocked. Thank you for your hospitality.

We had so much fun. The house was wonderful. We loved all the lake toys, the boat, and the fire pit. Communication with the owner was fast and easy.

We stayed with 2 adults and 5 teenagers. I was so worried about the teens getting bored but there was something for everyone and ran out of time to fully enjoy everything. The boat day was the best! Everything was so clean and the owners were easy to get in contact with.

Beautiful place to stay, easy care and clean up, excellent communication w/ the owners, an all around perfect place to enjoy our son's wedding. Also, hands down the best linens, mattress and pillows we've ever slept on at a vacation rental or hotel. First time I've never used the pillow I brought from home!

The property was exactly as advertised and well-appointed with everything we needed. The hosts were very kind and responsive. The house is great for two families. The teenagers slept in the sunroom and had their own television and outdoor area. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Whole experience was amazing, house was more than we needed for our stay. We were in the area for off-road experience at Windrock adventure park and it was nice to return to the house and enjoy our company with family.Easily one of the most pleasant houses we ever booked.Richly equipped with everything, from kitchen to comfy beds etc.Owners are quick to response and very friendly.

Perfect place to get your family together. Nice place, hot tub was fun and great time spent around fire pit. Owners were fantastic and very responsive to my questions. Also, place was well stocked

We had a wonderful time. This property was beautiful. There was a fenced in dog run and lots of outdoor space: even a hot tub. We practically lived on the back deck over looking the lake. I can't image a more perfect place for us. We spent most of our time at Windrock and the location was perfect. The local community had every store imaginable. And it was a relatively short ride to Gatlinburg / Pigeon Forge. When we come back to the area, I wouldn't even look for another place. The hosts were wonderful. They communicated just enough. The house had everything including 2 washer and driers. Couldn't recommend it (or them) more.

The owners have done a nice job with this property and are continuing to improve the offering with additional features like a pontoon boat rental. They undersell what is available in the area as in golf courses for one example. My wife and I played a lot of golf while we will there - there are a lot of close by golf courses and a world class par 3 course that was a hoot to play. Lots of lake stuff to do and you can rent their boat for a day that some other marinas are charging for a 1/2 day! One negative is that in the afternoon rush hour traffic is a pain. One final positive is that if you have any questions the owners are very responsive.

House was very nice. Location was great. Enjoyed using the kayaks they had for us. Owners were very nice!

This home was the perfect size for our family vacation. Our grandson really enjoyed the hot tub! We had some issues while there, but the hosts stayed in touch with us and tried to resolve them.

Wonderful place to stay! Came into Knoxville for a wedding. Loved this spot. Kayaking with my daughter was a highlight. Highly recommend!
