On Beach 2bdrm VIEWS and LOCATION

Overall, I had a pleasant stay and most aspects of the accommodation met my expectations. The place was clean, comfortable, and generally well-maintained, and communication with the host was okay.However, there was one issue that affected my experience. The quilt cover provided had an unpleasant smell, which suggested it may not have been dried properly or might have been old. This made it uncomfortable to use. I raised this concern with the owner and requested a replacement, but unfortunately, it was not addressed during my stay.Aside from this issue, everything else was good. Improving attention to cleanliness and responding more promptly to guest concerns would make the experience much better.

We had a family get together near by and so location wss great for 3 x members of our family. Also my husbands favorite chef, Rick Steins restuarant, very close.Mollymooj beach looks a treat from, the accomodation and fun morning surfs and walks.I loved the queen bed, very comfy. Will return again. Thankyou

We loved this property. Great location across the road from the beach. The property had everything to make it a cost stay including lovely bed linen and Foxtel.

Wonderful location! Felt welcome from the time I booked. The decor was fitting to location and was well thought out with the guests in mind - from disposable shower caps to a small sewing kit for those unexpected emergencies. Definitely worth another visit!!!

Unit was as described, good view from the patio and easy beach access across the road.

Our third time staying here and it just seems to work very well for us - familiar setup and instant relaxation mode. Great location opposite the beach. Kate and Jeff are responsive hosts and always good at fixing minor issues. Love walking to the end of Narrawallee via the beach for a coffee at Jane and Cane. Lots of good drives and walks and places to see nearby in the region. And handily, Mollymook / Milton seems to punch above its weight in terms of restaurants - Small Town, Gwylo, Harvest, The Altar Bar and of course the Bannister Twins with Rick Stein up the hill and Roof Top Bar and Grill if you are downtown. Small Town was definitely a highlight this trip, do not miss it (but need to book well in advance)! Traffic on Mitchell Parade has definitely increased over the last few years and does get busy/noisy at times - hasn't bothered us enough to become an issue so far as the sound of the surf largely drowns it out, but others with a different perspective may disagree and who am I to argue?
