Omaha Gem Near Zoo, Walk DT, WiFi, Smart TVs, Fenced Yard

The host was so nice. The stay was great if we were to visit Omaha again we would book the same house again.

The location was perfect for us to visit the gardens and the zoo and downtown. The property was easy to access.

Very clean and updated home. Basement shower worked fine but a little musty smelling Main floor and upstairs were great. Lots of room.

Lovely home, very clean and a great host

We were in the area for a basketball tournament and had another team family staying with us. Had a grill and was nice to make our own food. Alley parking was great and easy to get to. Easy to get downtown to places. The host was very responsive and helped with any questions!

The house was very nice! It is in an okay neighborhood close to the Old Market. The property owner was very responsive when we had cleaning concerns. He had his cleaning crew come back and fix what they had not cleaned. He did refund my cleaning fee, but we were disappointed in the cleanliness of the house. Hopefully they will make changes after expressing our concerns.

This little house was the perfect choice for a small gathering of women while my sister was in town. The backyard is a good size, and we were able to do a fun group craft project out there. The house itself was perfect for a snack smorgasbord and movie watching, and had enough beds for several of us to stay over. We didn't use the basement, but it was nice to have the extra bed options just in case. The kitchen is really nice. We could have used some scissors along with the other silverware and utensils provided. The add-on zoo kit option is clever and seems like it would be a great added value for families!The neighborhood was quiet (with the occasional train nearby, which doesn't bother us), and having so much parking space in the back driveway was a definite plus. The little upstairs balcony is super cute and we saw lots of birds, squirrels, and bunnies in the yard while we were staying there (all perks in my book).A couple of our guests did notice some dirt on the floors and a few missing bed linens during our stay, which I didn't find out about until we were checking out of the house. The host assured me this is not normal, and I am inclined to believe him - surfaces other than the floors looked spotless and the bed I slept in had everything on it. Jeremy was kind and responsive throughout the booking and visiting process and we had no issues otherwise. We enjoyed the time away and would definitely recommend this house and host!

Made a family trip to the zoo and the stay was perfect. The home is well kept, stocked for a stay and had plenty of room to feel comfortable. We thought the outdoor space was a great plus as well. Located close to everything we were looking to do and would recommend to any groups looking to make a trip. Would definitely book again!

Stayed here for a long weekend for a family wedding. House was surprisingly quiet as we had a baby with us. You definitely hear and feel the trains going by but that didn’t bother us. Kitchen was well equipped and I appreciated that they had kids plates, bowls, cups, utensils. Overall it worked great for our family and was only a 5-10 min drive from everywhere we wanted to be !

House was clean with lots of bathrooms and bedrooms for a group stay.

We enjoyed our stay in the house it's very updated and nice. Furniture was nice and comfortable, the bed on the main floor is a little hard but everything was great. Would definitely stay again.

This home was a perfect fit for my family! There was more than enough space and house was very clean and cozy! The host was also great and responded to any questions I had and made our stay even more comfortable! Would definitely recommend and book again if ever in the area again!
