Olivia's Lake Escape - Stunning Lake Views & Family Friendly Retreat

This was an ideal Lake of the Ozarks getaway and the perfect spot for a nice, relaxing quick weekend escape. The home matched the listing perfectly, was very clean, and offered plenty of space to unwind. We loved the location. Check-in was seamless, and the host was wonderful to work with. Highly recommend!

The property is under construction. That was not disclosed in any way. There's trees down and heavy equipment. The yard is gravel and clay. The hot tub is nice but oddly beside the deck. Cannot open or close it without walking in the gravel/clay yard. To get to the dock you have to attempt to scale a steep hill that was recently cleared. The kitchen cabinets, & small appliances have construction dust on/in them. Coffee pot still has coffee grounds inside the pot. Beds in rooms are too big for the rooms and difficult to get around. No floor or side table lamps, no decor, no curtains even sheers in living room and it's full sun most of the day , step down to laundry could be dangerous if you don't pay attention as you open the door and bam an unmarked stepdown. No info on wifi or TV's anywhere in the house. Had to ask for info. The walls are super thin and the TV in living room can be heard in every room because of it's placement. Bathroom fans are very loud and attached to the light so in middle of the night they will wake you up when someone has to use the restroom. Had to bring the outside trash can back to the house as it was at the end of the driveway which was a ways from the house. For the price I expected better.
