KITCHEN
The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook like a pro, from cookware and bakeware to stylish dishware. Stainless steel appliances add both function and modern style, while backyard views brighten the space. Start your mornings with the drip and K-cup coffee maker, complete with a generous supply of complimentary coffee.



SECURITY CAMERAS: For your safety, cameras are installed outside the property, monitoring all entrances. These monitor exterior areas only. There are no cameras inside the home, ensuring your full privacy.

HOT TUB: When outside temperatures drop below 40°F, this plug and play model may struggle to reach its maximum heat. During these cold snaps, the water temperature may peak at around 90°F.

SERVICES: Once a week, our team will stop by to take out the trash or service the hot tub. They won’t enter the home. You might also see snow removal in winter or lawn care in summer. These visits may or may not fall during your stay.

NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.

CHILD PROOFING: While some childproofing measures have been taken, the property is not completely childproof. Guests acknowledge and accept responsibility for any risks to children or infants while they are on the premises.
