Unique Vintage property with view of Fox River. Central location 4 miles from Packer Stadium property has eclectic decore with bed and breakfast vibe. Several restaurants and bars, Hair salon, Dry cleaners, pilates classes, coffee shops grocery store, liquor store, Fox River trail for biking jogging, walking for people and pets! Kaya launch. Close to Saint Vincent and Bellin Hospitals. Bedrooms are similar to bed and breakfast, Honeymoon suite has whirlpool tub , fireplace, large tv and adjustable King Bed, Private Bath, and entrance way. Two other bedrooms have queen size beds 1 us adjustable both have electric fireplaces and tvs and shared full bath. We also have a full pull out bed with half bath on first floor.

First off, the house was a beautiful house. That was well maintained plenty of parking. The only issue that we had was the smell of smoke like people smoke inside the house. The minute you walked in, it hit you right there. In the kitchen and we had one person who was allergic to, you know, cigarette. Smell. So we had to get a lot of air fresheners and smells. Secondly, I wasn't too thrilled that I booked. It said exactly how many people were gonna be there. And then like three weeks prior get told that I'm gonna be charged more money. Because we have more people. I did not think that was kosher to wait till the last minute to tell me when everything else was almost pretty much booked here, the homeowner or our contact person was very polite.And the house was very, very nice

We enjoyed our stay in The Monroe House for a weekend in Green Bay. The house was super cozy and we enjoyed the charm of each room. The beds were comfortable and the amenities as well! It was perfect for a family get together to attend a Packers game! Thanks!

Everything was great, except no secure Wi-Fi. Also lots of gnats in the kitchen from someone leaving potatoes and onions out.
