Stayed Feb 1, 2026The host, John, was very responsive to questions and preferred to do so by personal texts not through VRBO. The kitchen was not clean, at least to my scale) Toaster oven old, sinks dirty, fan above range full of dirt. Suggest a new vacuum and or Swiffer for floor cleaning. Coffeemaker ok. Suggest having a Keurig. Lighting could be updated. Bedrooms were awesome as were the bathrooms. The two steps in the hall from living room are a safety hazard until one gets used to them. Pool and outside area was beautiful. Actually enjoyed fresh fruit. Hummingbirds visited daily. Location is perfect for biking, walking, etc as the Indian Bend Wash Greenbelt is 1/4 mile away. Stores within walking distance.

Stayed Mar 1, 2025We stayed at this house during the month of March. It’s located a block off the Greenbelt, so it was great for walking and biking. The theme of the house decoration is Western and very fun!

Stayed Oct 22, 2021This is a great house in a convenient neighborhood with close access to golf, highways and shopping. It was very private and had all of the amenities that you would want in a Vrbo. We spend a lot of time in the area and will keep this property on our favorites list for next time.

Stayed Jan 1, 2021The house is located a block and a half away from Indian Wash, a great place for a run, walk, and bike ride. It’s a nice walk through the park to Old Scottsdale. The neighborhood is nice, and the house is quite private. The pool area is the highlight that gets nice morning sun through the latter afternoon. We did move some furnishing items out of the sunroom so that we could create our happy hour space on one end and an exercise area on the other end. The house is decorated in a southwest theme which is fun and interesting, however there are some items that should be cleared out. The Owner was prompt with any questions we had.

Stayed May 3, 2020The perfect Scottsdale Experience. Everything was perfect, clean, comfortable, plenty of towels and linens, Anything you could need was provided. Very tastefully decorated, outside area and pool were perfect and private. I hope to be back soon!

Stayed Dec 15, 2019The property is in a great location - with a great owner. Very southwestern decor. Love the privacy of the pool. A couple of minor recommendations (already shared with owner) - upgrade cable to include the next level of channels. Was very disappointed not to have access to ESPN, the Golf Channel and HGTV (among others) - couldn't even watch Monday night football. Add a Keurig - just easier to use...We would definitely go back to this property!
