Old Town Scottsdale Modern Villa with Heated Private Pool and Golf Putting Green

Can’t recommend enough. House was fantastic, somehow even better than pictures. Location is simply unbeatable, easy access to downtown and mountains. Host was on top of everything and communicated great.

Property was as advertised. It was very spacious for what we needed. Location was good. Our first VRBO rental so we have nothing with which to compare. Only two items needed attention. 1, Coming out of the front door, there is a step that is deceptive and is a trip hazard and could use a yellow caution stripe on the edges (wish I could include a picture). 2. The chairs by the grill were almost seatless and unusable.

This property was exactly what we were looking for, and exactly as described in the listing. Great overall set up. The rooms were all large and very clean. The 'big bedroom' was certainly that. Having a king and queen with enough room for sitting was super. The pool and outdoor area is great too. Nash was a Great host, great communication throughout. We would stay there again anytime.

Clean home in a great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It is well located in a quiet neighborhood. It's close to everything - shopping, golf, and restaurants. The house is larger than the pictures suggest. Three of us stayed and there was plenty of room. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Communication with the owner was superb. We had no issues with any of the appliances or equipment. I would recommend this home without hesitation.

What a beautiful home! Everything about this stay was perfect. The house is gorgeous, spotlessly clean, nice furnishings, quality sheets and towels. The home had been recently remodeled and had a wide open floor plan and beautiful details. We didn’t do any cooking, but the gorgeous kitchen had plenty of silverware, coffee cups, coffee, etc. The pool was wonderful! Clean and warm. The owner quickly responded to questions prior to our trip and our check-in was seamless. And the location was great- quiet, but not far from the freeway, just a short drive to the ball park, restaurants nearby, and a green belt for a lovely walk. Altogether a perfect stay! Hope to return for Spring Training next year!

The most accommodating, helpful, friendly host I have had the pleasure of working with. Fantastic property, in a convenient location with plenty of room to spread out. Perfect for baseball fans heading to Scottsdale Stadium or tourists who want to be close to old town. Great memories!

The house is beautiful and well appointed. The beds were comfy and the house was immaculate. It was a wonderful stay.

Host was super fast in responding! Place was very clean! The master bathroom shower was definitely a huge highlight! They even accommodated us with a last minute additional nights stay we requested. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay. Close to wherever we needed to go. 5 adults and we had plenty of space. House had everything you need for meal planning which was wonderful to save on money eating out. Very clean. Bedrooms good size and beds were comfy. Master shower was awesome. Host was responsive. Having the heated pool was nice as it was cool out. Would stay again. Thank you.

very nice stay

Excellent choice. We were looking for a change of scenery while still managing our workload and this home proved to be perfect for us. It was in a very quiet neighborhood and centrally located. We had plenty of room, the patio space allowed us to work outside in the sun and fresh air, and the kitchen was large and nicely stocked. The bedroom (we only used one) was very comfortable and the huge master bathroom with a giant walk-in shower was a nice bonus. Instructions and communication were timely and on point. Would definitely book here again.

A thoroughly modern, spacious, and very comfortable home! We spent (5) days in Scottsdale exploring while also moving our son into ASU. After long days of either hiking, exploring or shopping we would return to this beautiful home where we could unwind. The home's layout is a great place to gather with friends/ family although it is equally great to just do nothing - relax! The neighborhood was quiet and tranquil, close to everything! This is a beautiful home! We really enjoyed the pool, putting green and the lime tree in the yard. The house is clean, nicely decorated, and the kitchen was well stocked. We stay at rental homes on nearly all of our trips and we agreed that this one might have been one of our favorites. This was a perfect place for our long weekend.

This property was AMAZING. The layout of the home was perfect, the appliances and decor were up-to-date and in great taste, the pool was clean and a great way to beat the heat, and the putting green was just a cherry on top of an already fantastic stay.

Space and cleanliness greets you as you enter thru the main door. With an eye for detail, the property does not disappoint. From pool toys, sunscreen, additional pool towels and toiletries provided, the owners have taken their time to aid their guests for a great stay. Loved the pool and Bar-b-q, and my daughter had fun with the golf green. Large spacious bathrooms, amazing kitchen and yard, we will definitely stay here again when visiting family. My partner and I rented this place for a little weekend get-away and we were impressed with everything about this property. It was a perfect experience. House was very clean and modern. We really had no complaints about the place. We were able to feel at home and really unwind and relax being here. The host was very honest and straightforward with communication. The neighborhood was very calm and quiet, and the house itself was close by to a lot of locations and activities in the city. Highly considering renting this place again upon a next return to Scottsdale.

A for cleanliness.We were instructed to park the car in the garage, the garage door opener didn't work and it took 2 days to fix it.When it rained, the skylight over the kitchen counter leaked and we had water on the counter and floor.The internet was out for 4 days so we could not conduct business.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house and pool were clean and just like the pictures. The beds were comfortable. There were a couple minor issues but the host was quick to respond and had them fixed. The pool was the highlight for my son and it was very warm!

We loved this home. Spacious, great amenities, basic items stocked. Heated pool was great considering it was unusually cold while we were there. Host very responsive. Front gate lock did not work and wasn’t able to be fixed during our short stay. But everything else was superb. Will recommend this place to family and friends.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was exceptionally clean! The bedrooms and bathrooms are also very nice. We could get to the Fashion Mall and old town Scottsdale within 5 minutes. We also got to meet the host who is a really nice guy. This property is highly recommended!!!

We had a wonderful time celebrating the holidays at the property. The location made it easy to get anywhere in Scottsdale, Tempe and surrounds. Easy to get to Old Town Scottsdale, quick access to 101. Quiet neighborhood. Great walking/biking trails nearby.

We had a wonderfully relaxing family weekend. The weather was unseasonably warm for October but the pool stayed cool! The house was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped, and we were able to stay in and bbq for some meals. The location is convenient to OId Town and Tempe.
