Great spacious shared living room/dining room. Pool area was a fun bonus! Our family had good, shared, sleeping space. Here for a family wedding, so nice that we could all stay together. Thank you!

Easy check in and perfect home for my large family. The outside tv spoiled us all. The kids loved the pool and all the toys. We left Google for the next guests. My only suggestion would be to bring a pizza cutter and sunscreen.

The host was amazing—very friendly and great with communication. The house was spacious, open, and super convenient. We used it for a bridal shower and bachelorette weekend, and the host was incredibly accommodating. While the floors and a few areas could have been cleaned a bit better, overall, we had a great experience with no major complaints.

Family of 10 went for my graduation at GCU, we were able to have a relaxing place to hangout before and after our visit. The house was a relaxing alternative to a hotel were we’d be crammed in. Plenty of space for the kids to chill and enjoy time and personal space. Thank

Had a fantastic stay. The property was as promised. Lots of beds to comfortably host our large group. Outside pool area was a great place for us to hang out during the day.

We hosted a birthday weekend at this property for my husband. There was swimming, eating, boardgames, video games and all manner of nerdiness. The house was clean, easy to find and access and outfitted throughly. There were more than enough beds, linens and dishes. The dog approved. We were able to use fire sticks, consoles and wifi with no issues. No hidden costs and fines. Thanks so much!!

Nice house. Only issue was no lamps in the bedrooms due to the numerous beds. Bedroom shower was broken but Rhett fixed it 5he next day.

Property and house worked well for 14. Plenty of space. Location to Old Scottsdale was great. Nice backyard. Minor issues included unheated pool, closet doors not on track, shower/tub switch needs instructions, showers drain slow. Overall very good. Would recommend to others.

Rhet's place was perfect for our annual golfing stay. Everything was as advertised, and communication with Rhet was easy. Will definitely seek stay here again in the future!

We had a wonderful time. The house was nice. Having to swim around the hose to the pool sweeper was inconvenient, but made due. Being monsoon weather, we understood the necessity of it to keep the pool clean.

Looked like the picture and was a great neighborhood. More cleaning in the bathroom/showers, fridge and bedrooms would be recommended for future guests. Non-slip mats in the bathrooms should be considered for future guests as multiple guest almost slipped while getting the shower. Overall, our family was very happy with this location. Everyone loved the pool and outdoor space!
