Old Town Retreat near Upper Duval St

The location, pool and outdoor seating area were the highlights of the property. We used the pool often and it was well heated and clean. The property manager was just a few blocks away and were easy to communicate with. The house was nicely decorated. Some of the living room furniture chairs are older and not super comfortable. The main downside was the mattress in the bedroom we slept in was hard as a rock. My husband and I did not sleep well the entire week, which did distract from our experience. Overall though I would recommend the property.

We very much enjoyed our time at this lovely property! The entire house was clean, a pool service came to maintain the pool during our stay and there were many suggestions for restaurants for kid friendly stops! We loved the outdoor space. We were also steps away from Duval. Overall, so happy with the stay, the home and our host!

Beautiful place. It has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, so perfect for our group of 4 couples. Feet away from Duval Street. It is a perfect place to stay.

We stayed here with some friends. We were 3 couples and the location was perfect. Right off Duvall st! The place was great we loved the outside area and used the pool quite often. We stayed in one night and bbq ‘d some steaks and the yard was perfect! Highly recommend for sure!!

The property offers a great location to many points of interest, restaurants and bars! Our group of 5 adults had plenty of space for togetherness and privacy. We experienced a maintenance issue which was resolved immediately. Would definitely recommend!

Great location. Nice bedrooms with plenty of bathrooms. Pool was perfect. No complaints. And Key West was a blast!

The is a rug in the bathrooms that are very slippery. Both myself and my daughter slipped on it, however caught ourselves on the sink. All is well, I just wanted to mention it because someone could fall and be hurt. We loved the house and had a great time.

Good stay. Convenient location. Please read the property managers contract before you sign. We stayed the day hurricane Helene came through and we wanted to change dates for our safety, but the contract stated even if there was a mandatory evacuation that would be considered a cancel and no money returned. Just be careful and watch out for hurricane season. The person I spoke to at the property management was rather rude when I was asking questions.

Property was very clean and management was accommodating.

Property manager let us in early which helped for unpacking our car before our family arriver via air. Property was as advertised, immaculate, stocked with everything except food of course. They didn't miss a thing, we only bought food. Had a plumbing issue late Sunday night. I called the management company Monday morning and a plumber was on site with parts in 30 minutes.
