Best house I’ve ever rented. Plenty of space for 10 adults. Property managers were very helpful throughout our stay. Home was clean and everything worked properly. We were able to fit a mini van and expedition in the garage. Would rent again!

The home was great. Very spacious and perfect layout for a group on a ski weekend. Quick walk to the lifts and town.

The location was good but the place was average at best. Four small bedrooms and a single living room and one tv in the whole place. That matters when you bring teenagers who want to have their own fun at night. Also, terrible on the essentials. No soap or shampoo in the bathrooms, the fireplace didn’t work, the grill didn’t work and the hot tub was more like the size of a bathtub. I expected much more based on the price.

We loved the location and the home layout which worked well for our family. There were good bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms as well as a large kitchen and family congregating space. It was only a short 3 minute drive to the PCMR ski ares. The only issue was WiFi speed bogged down and we could not get good television connectivity and no one in the household had internet access. Likely a lower speed option selected with infinity and easily corrected.

Host communications were good and the house was in great shape.

Such a great location! Easy access to Main Street and Park City resorts and so clean and spacious.

The house was in excellent condition - plenty of towels, comfortable beds, newer/upgraded appliances, and a well equipped kitchen. The hot-tub is on the smaller side (3-4 at most) given the house sleeps 10 people, but was clean reasonably private. Walk to Payday lift base area was about 2-3 blocks, walk to the base of Town Lift was about 15 mins and several sets of stairs down and back up to the home…it’s a bit of a workout!Parking is challenging if you have a larger vehicle. We had 2 full size pickups and neither fit inside the garage. Our group was 3 dads and 4 teenagers for a 4-day ski weekend and it was plenty of space and enough privacy.

The house was perfect for our girls trip and big enough to accommodate far more people than just the four of us. The hot tub was an added charm and the distance to downtown was amazing. Such a cute town and the location is practically next to the ski lift for those winter bunnies. 2 nights was not enough but it encouraged us to start planning a trip back! :) the hosts' instructions were clear and easy, just be aware not everyone in the neighboring units abide by the parking rules the parking is quite narrow so when they double park youre pretty close to the edge and it can be quite daunting and impossible to get out. So just fyi.

There were 9 of us in the party and the house provided good accommodation for our needs. The location was within a relative short walk to the ski lifts; the only draw back were the steps down to the road which were icy and in poor condition. (not the landlords responsibility)There was a good response from the property manager to our call for some additional house keeping supplies. The only issue was the need for someone to check the crockery as there is a need for some items to be replaced.

This place was perfect for our girls trip! Location was great and easy to walk into town, rooms were spacious and nice bathrooms! Would absolutely stay here again or recommend it to anyone looking at staying in Park City!
