Place was amazing and very conveniently located next to King St and one of my favorite pizza joints Andy's Pizza. Will definitely be back.

Clean, easy check in and convenient parking. Great location in Alexandria. It is short walking distance to fabulous restaurants and coffee shops.

Beautiful property right in the middle of Alexandria!

We had a lovely stay in Alexandria. Maggie was an amazing host and we met the owners while dropping off supplies at the downstairs unit and they were helpful suggesting local restaurants as well as making sure we knew that we were guests and didn't have to do anything when leaving, making it a lovely and relaxing departure. The beds were firm, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the location right off King Street was fabulous. The couch was comfy. The only issue (and understandable as it's an older building) was the mold and mildew in the showers. I think perhaps caulking over old moldy caulk increased a build up of mold/mildew. Maggie dropped off some requested Tilex Mold and Mildew remover which over a 4 day use helped reduce the musty smell in the bathrooms. If you have mold allergies you might want to look elsewhere.

Place just as advertised. CharmIng, quiet and clean. A 10 minute walk to King Street Metro Station. Completely satisfied with our visit.

The place was perfect for our weekend stay. Everything was walkable, the host was easy to contact, and the house was great.

Suited our needs very well with four adults and an infant. Lovely compact kitchen and dining area. Bedrooms fine but soft mattresses. Really only complaints are dog hair on living room furniture and floors plus laundry room covered in plaster dust so had to clean washer, dryer, iron and board.

Had an absolutely beautiful stay here! Within walking distance to anything you could possibly want to see within Old Town, plus the property itself was amazing and very quiet which I enjoyed. Would definitely recommend!

Me and my kids truly enjoyed staying here. The place is awesome. The host were very responsive and great location for walking to all our destinations.

Walking distance to anything you will need and it's nice having your own parking spot. Wish we had more time to stay and enjoy the area!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The host was very responsive to our requests. We had an early morning arrival and we were allowed to store our luggage at the home until check in and we were able to hold our luggage there until we left in the afternoon for the airport!

Only hitch is internet access was intermittently interrupted

We visited this property while visiting friends and family in the area. The location cannot be beat, pack your walking shoes! Safe, quiet, comfy, cozy all while being one block away from King St restaurants and shops, and a few blocks to the Metro. We picked up groceries at Trader Joe’s, 4 min drive away. All the dishes and cooking necessities are provided. Convenient, lighted parking within sight, steps away from the property. Would definitely return for another stay. Thank you!

Moved daughter into area

It was a great stay and I highly recommend. I will absolutely stay here again when I am in Washington D.C.
