Old Florida 2-bedroom house Downtown Bonita Springs, 1 Block from Old 41

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Bonita Springs is a wonderful town, and the cottage is within walking distance of great restaurants and music. It was easy to access nearby beaches. The house is very clean and well-stocked. We had a lovely time!

Beautiful home, well provided. Very warm and inviting. Our host was an excellent communicator, and by far the nicest we have come across. We will most definitely stay here time and time again! Thank you for making our special event stay that much better!

The property is in a great location. Walking distance to many restaurants and a short drive or uber to a lot more and the beach. I would absolutely stay here again, especially if we are in town for a show at the Sugarshack Downtown.The property is clean and the communication with the owner was great.

Very nice property. Lots of charm and great location for downtown Bonita Springs. Decorations and outdoor areas were lovely.

We didn’t Have any pets with us so I can’t really speak for that. But the house was lovely and clean and welcoming and we enjoyed every second while we were there.I love the outside showerThe outside of the house is great, the landscaping is lovely. We sat outside every morning with our coffee and it was nice to see and hear the birds singing. The space is calming, quiet, peaceful and very private.We had a lovely welcome from a little tuxedo cat that lives in the area. He’s very cute but not obtrusive. We literally have nothing negative to say it was all good.

The home is cute and comfortable and a great location for walking to everything in Old Town Bonita Springs.

Host was extremely helpful and accommodating. The house is in a nice location with wonderful outdoor spaces and easy walking distance to restaurants, bars, coffee, parks and live entertainment.

This place is a true gem with just enough room for us and the dog, a few blocks off downtown Bonita Springs. Outdoor space is great. Clean. We could walk everywhere. Jeff was easy to get a hold of if needed. Hope to stay here again!

We loved this property because it is quaint and super close to our daughter’s house. Host is great. The outside area is really nice.

We really enjoyed everything about our stay.The house was so perfect,and enjoyed walking around the town .it was nice to be able to spend time at the beach,and try the places to eat in and around the nearby area.The host was readily available if we needed anything.If we ever make it back to the area would love to stay there again.

Darling property in Bonita Springs, wonderful location for walking to all the town has to offer. House and garden are beautifully maintained.

A great place and location. House was clean and has new appliances. There are 3 separate sitting areas plus an outdoor shower if you go to the beach. Would definitely recommend it. I will stay there again.

A great little cozy weekend retreat. Peaceful and tranquil with the zen aesthetics and beautiful garden. Easy check in and the rooms were excellent. Only minute’s away from the beach and a short walk to SugarShack downtown. Highly recommended.

The house was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Hosts were quick to respond when I accidentally locked us out of the house and quickly got us back in. The area was great and I felt very safe taking my dog for walks and walking to nearby restaurants. We were close to the beach and there is a nice shower area outside to clean off and rinse off beach gear. Overall a great place to stay.
