Stay in a piece of Albuquerque history: CASA ROSA is an authentic adobe Pueblo Revival built in 1940 by renowned New Mexico architect Leon Watson.

All original details are intact (hand-hewn vigas, tongue and groove ceilings, hand-forged iron work) but thoughtfully renovated for a modern stay.

Filled with original art & photography, tasteful furniture and a book collection that will appeal to all ages.

CASA ROSA is located in a prime location prized for it’s walkability to downtown’s bars, restaurants, theater and coffee shops. Centrally located and within a 10 minute (or less) drive to historic Old Town, Albuquerque Bio Park & Botanic Gardens, Hispanic Cultural Center, Albuquerque Zoo, Sawmill Market, UNM, Hospitals, Albuquerque Sunport and the Albuquerque Museum. Or, plan a car-free weekend & walk to the Downtown Grower’s Market, stop off at local favorite Sunday’s Bagels, hit Ex Novo Brewery for some local brew all before taking in a sunset stroll along Rio Grande River’s Bosque Trail. Fire up the grill in the backyard and cook at home or head back out to eat at dozens of eateries a quick walk or drive away.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Max of 4 adults/6 total guests unless otherwise approved

GRILL: guest understands this is not a guaranteed amenity. If propane is out we will do our best to arrange for refill when our schedule permits OR if guest refills it we will reimburse for cost so long as the tank is still full upon departure. Guest responsible for drained propane tank if left on irresponsibly.

Fire Pit: feel free to use wood left by prior guests or buy what you need. Make sure you follow all city and house rules regarding fire pits & douse with water when done.

PESTS - The house is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to keep it spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.

Parking: Driveway - Take all valuables out of car, we are not responsible for any damage to vehicles while parked.

Security (doorbell) camera on front door security purposes and to monitor guest count.

City trash collection: Guest may be asked to help take city trash/recycling to street and back.

Starter Supplies: We provide starter supply of guest consumables only, anything additional will need to be purchased.
