Stayed Dec 27, 2025Overall good. Host/team is responsive to issues we had including hot water tank malfunctioning. Someone came to repair it the next day or 2. Pillows definitely need replacing - too lumpy and flat to offer to guests. We requested different pillows but they said no. Water kettle also wasn’t working properly but they could not replace. Beware of initial starter pack of essentials - we ran low on toilet paper and they said once the starter pack is done, it’s the guest’s responsibility…they did end up giving us extra toilet paper but it did cause us some stress as that was not on listing. That seemed a little outrageous considering it was a weekly rental with 8 people.

Stayed Mar 27, 2025The place was bigger than the pictures showed. Much nicer in person. Two families fit perfectly. We had space for 8 at the dining table, enjoyed the hot tub and massage chair, board game and a book from the shelf. The bedrooms were nicely spaced out and it was quiet at night.

There is plenty of room, well equipped kitchen, hot tub and massage chair is amazing addition especially if you spend all day on the biking trails. Very easy communication via text. If I ever come back to Big White I would definetly stay at this place again
