Stayed Feb 23, 2023Location was superb for ski in ski out. Little bit from main village area but the public shuttle conveniently got us back quickly and regularly. Great stay and amazing snow. Thanks

Stayed Feb 10, 2025This is a lovely, well-appointed and comfortable unit with a beautiful view, with short walk to runs. We were disappointed with the cleanliness which is why we did not give it a 5 star rating. Management was responsive to our concerns, and hopefully those issues were rectified for the next guests. It was wonderful to come home after a full day of skiing to sit in the roomy hot tub, the kitchen was well stocked, and plenty of comfortable seating in living room. There is enough room here for a family to spread out and relax. We enjoyed our time in Big White and would stay here again.

Stayed Mar 7, 2024Overall the property was great and stocked with everything needed. We had some issues with the garage door and the hot tub but the maintenance team was speedy and polite. A couple extra chairs for the table would be nice as there aren’t enough chairs for the number of guests that can stay. We had one issue that wasn’t resolved and that is why I have not given 5 stars. There was an alarm that was going off on the fire panel outside one of the rooms that was very loud and was not ever resolved. The panel was outside the bedroom and those guests had to move into the living room to sleep.

Stayed Feb 20, 2022This unit has a great layout. Plenty of common space, comfy beds, hot tub right on the deck. Short walk to the slopes. The kitchen has a decent amount of pans for cooking. Plenty of Tupperware for leftovers. I would definitely rent this house again.
