Okanagan - Snowbanks 3

Location was great. Condo was nice and had great access to the slopes!The bad part was that the hot tub was very dirty and we couldn’t use it the first day and we had to call to get it cleaned and serviced. Once it was cleaned and we were able to use it on day 2 we noticed it wasn’t very hot. Checked the temperature setting and it said 104F which should be good. We tried it again on day 3 and it was cold. The setting was set right but the tub wasn’t heating properly. We were leaving the next day so we didn’t call the management right away so they could look at it. Upon are departure we decided to send a message to management to have the hot tub looked at before the next guest showed up. We never got a response.All in all the condo was great but the hot tub being dirty and not working was a big let down. Feel like we should be compensated for the hot tub issues as this was a big reason why we rented the condo in the first place.

The host was amazing. The whole staff from the manager, cleaners, and hot tub techs were all incredible. They quickly, efficiently, and professionally handled all of our needs. They definitely made us feel like we were valued. I stay in allot of different places around BC and these guys by far top them all. Thanks you guys!! You made our family trip amazing.

This was a perfect ski in/ski out. There was more than enough room for two families and had everything you could possibly need. Had a little trouble with the hot tub but they sent help out very quickly and resolved the issue. Will stay again for sure!

Our extended family had a wonderful time. The townhouse is very spacious and it had everything that was required for a comfortable and relaxing stay for a family of nine including a hot tub! It is a few minutes drive from the resort. We will definitely recommend this property.

Also, it was frustrating that the hot tub would trip the breaker if you turned the lights on or tried to turn the jets (although we were warned about that)
